This is my first acura. I am totally enjoying the vehicle and I hade a great experience with the service department. I always dread going to the dealer for service because there is usually an upcharge just t and I hade a great experience with the service department. I always dread going to the dealer for service because there is usually an upcharge just to get them to look at the slightest thing or answer a simple question. My experience with this dealer was second to none. We took the vehicle in for one thing and asked that they look at the brakes and they did it with no problem and no upcharge it was great. Brakes plus told us we needed brakes and rotors for a car with 38k miles. Courtesy said our rotors were fine and we had at least 7000 more miles before we needed brakes. I appreciate the honesty because they easily could have told us the same as brakes plus. They provide a loaner vehicle when you bring your vehicle in for service. We had a 2012 MDX leather interior really nice vehicle for the day. I can say in my entire car buying and service experience with Ford, Mazda, Toyota, and Isuzu I have never been given a courtesy vehicle. Maybe a courtesy shuttle, but more often a kick in the butt and find your own way to work for the day. I didn't have to purchase my car from them to get the service it is just a service they provide when they service your car. I have 2008 Acura and I was treated as if I had a new one off the lot. We are already planning our next visit. More
We recently purchased a 2013 Acura RDX AWD Tech from Courtesy Acura. The RDX replaced a 2004 Acura TL we purchased from Courtesy Acura as well, in 2004. Since we had worked with Jeff on the purchase of the TL, I contacted him again for the RDX purchase. Jeff is great to work with as he is direct and straightforward. There are no gimmicks and no games. We were able to negotiate price for the new vehicle and trade-in value for the used vehicle very easily. Almost all of this work was done through e-mail and telephone conversations. He also had all of the paperwork prepared and ready to go when my wife and I walked into the dealership. Zsaree was then able to move us through the paperwork very quickly -- we were in and out in under an hour. I highly recommend Jeff Thornton. More

My wife and I stopped in to Courtesy Acura to browse some of their new cars. From the start, Courtesy does business a little differently than other dealerships, and that's a good thing! My wife doesn't rea of their new cars. From the start, Courtesy does business a little differently than other dealerships, and that's a good thing! My wife doesn't really like it when a car salesman comes along on a test drive; they're often so chatty and disruptive that it is difficult to get a true feel of a car. Courtesy is the only dealership we've been to where they give you the keys and wish you well, letting you test drive the car on your own as long as you need to. My wife loved that about Courtesy and in the process, fell in love with the 2013 RDX. Kerry, our salesman, was a good mixture of helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy or high pressure. In fact, I felt no pressure at all during the buying process. I was given the facts, opinions when I wanted them, and otherwise was given space to make my decision. Courtesy's price was very fair; close to best deals people have been reporting on new car buying discussion boards. The value I was offered for my trade in was spot on with Kelley Blue Book trade-in pricing and was a very fair offer. I especially liked the one-page deal summary Courtesy provides when negotiating. It itemizes every charge, discount, etc. in a clear and concise manner, then provides the various lease and financing options and the resulting payment. There's no gimmick here, no curtain to try and peer behind. They are very upfront and honest; they're in business to make a little money on each car, but not gouge the consumer. I can't tell you how refreshing that is in a business where it seems so often the dealer's profit is determined by how naive and unsuspecting the customer is. I would not hesitate to send a friend or relative in to Courtesy Acura, even if they aren't the most financially savvy person, because I know they'll be treated fairly and honestly and won't be taken advantage of. Buying our Acura was a great experience. Kerry and Nick we're very helpful in the product and we are now owners of a new 2013 RDX. I am driving my 14th Acura since 1988 and all but one was purchased or leased from Courtesy Acura. Sandy Santori has been supporting my auto service requirements since time began and as long as he has been w purchased or leased from Courtesy Acura. I surely missed him the nine years he was gone but have been working with Sandy for 15 of the past 24 years since my first Acura in 1988. Sandy is an amazing individual and extremely knowledgeable regarding the technical aspect of my autos. I am always floored by his knowledge and recommendations to keep my auto running efficiently. After all these years I think of Sandy not only as a friend but as someone who honestly cares that me and my car are functioning to the highest standards. It is always a pleasurable experience bringing my car into the service area at Courtesy. I addition to Sandy at Courtesy I have worked with most of the experienced service technicians at Courtesy and especially ask to have Jim service my vehicle whenever he is available. More
As always when coming to Courtesy Acura I get helped out like they are truly concerned on how my MDX is doing. He had explained why I did not need my tires balanced and rotated (since I had planned on doing this with my oil change) which you would think would be uncommon at a car service dept. Most dealerships try to talk you into doing everything and anything and it adds up fast! He did explain that I needed a new battery and that mine would probably quit soon without me knowing this was going to happen and explaining the testing they do for this. I am always pleased with how professional and fast they are with the cars. I will continue to use Courtesy Acura, thank you-Kaitlin More
