If I could give ratings of six or more, I would have done so. This new vehicle purchase was by far the most pleasant one I've ever done. And I've done quite a few over the years. The general manager John Osborne was very helpful and concerned that my initial experience took longer than expected. He actually responded to my post which impressed me. I ended up purchasing a car from Courtesy due to John's professional follow up with me. We completed our sales transaction with Jesse Yoder and he was very thorough in explaining the features of the car. He stayed after the dealership's closing time to make sure both of us were comfortable with all of the cars features. He also helped me pair my phone to the car and made sure I knew how to use this feature. I was pleased with John Osborne's professionalism and the smoothness in completing my transaction with Jesse Yoder and the finance department. More
