I was dreading my visit to Courtesy Acura since I hate dealing with the car-buying process but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I have never walked away from a car sale and felt like my business and time was respected and appreciated. We met with Dean Johnson who is one of the Finance Managers and he was equally pleasant to work with. He was mindful of our time, didn’t try to “sell” us too much on any add-ons and when we told him exactly what we want in our extended car warranty – he did quick research and was able to meet us in the middle. My husband and I were in/out of the dealership and driving in our new car in less than two hours. One of our key fobs was a bit damaged and the service department immediately ordered in a new key fob to replace for us. The facility is welcoming and clean which I always appreciate. Presentation is everything to me so if you can't have a great showroom, it makes me question all the other aspects of your business. I’m impressed with the service Courtesy Acura provides and even more impressed that they do stand by what they say and truly take care of their customers. My wife and I were referred to Sean from his wife. We both work with here. We told her we were considering a new vehicle and she told me to go see Sean. We stopped in and he showed us a beautiful 2011 Ac both work with here. We told her we were considering a new vehicle and she told me to go see Sean. We stopped in and he showed us a beautiful 2011 Acura MDX. He showed us the vehicle, took us on a test drive and provided us with all the information we were looking for. We told him we wanted to look at a Jeep as well. The next day we called Sean and asked him if we could come back in to look at the MDX. We came back in and made a deal. I even put some 20" wheels on it to sport it out. I would highly recommend Sean and his dealership. I know he treats everyone as good as he treated us. We were what I assume would be referred to as difficult buyers in that I had specific criteria for my purchase. The personnel at Courtesy Acura, in particular Mr. Armijo and Mr. Douglas were extremely patient, courteous and attentive to my needs. While I was in the process of my transaction, I witnessed the other personnel working with other buyers and I was very impressed at the overall professionalism that sales staff exhibited. Needless to say should the opportunity arise, we will be buying another vehicle from this dealership. More

We originally found the Dodge we were looking for in an eBay ad placed by Courtesy Acura. I called them up and was directed to Kerry. I had been looking for a BMW with a lot of miles on it, AWD, silver, black interior - all for under $12K. I started my search on eBay motors and found 4 vehicles that matched my criteria across the nation. AWD, silver, black interior - all for under $12K. I started my search on eBay motors and found 4 vehicles that matched my criteria across the nation. To my surprise, 1 of the 4 were located in my backyard right here in Littleton, CO. I showed up at Courtesy Acura and met Ray, who was extremely warm, friendly, and of no pressure at all (which I appreciated!) Ray encouraged me to test drive the vehicle and he went out of his way to point out all of the scratches and/or defects of the vehicle that he had knowledge of. This shocked me! I had never met a car dealer who was this honest and transparent! He encouraged me to review the CarFax (which I had already done) and I could tell he really wanted me to make sure I knew what I was buying, which I appreciated. I loved the test drive, loved the price ($8K!) and decided to make the purchase! After filling out some basic paperwork, I was whisked off to the financing room, which was just as easy - and just like that, I had the key to my perfect BMW! It's now been over a month since I bought it and I haven't been disappointed. Ray and co. are great and I have no doubt they will succeed in satisfying many other customers like myself.
