Overall our experience was positive. Matt was super-professional, friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. I arrived to pick up my car from the Service department a full half hour after they had already closed (I had not paid attention t way to be helpful. I arrived to pick up my car from the Service department a full half hour after they had already closed (I had not paid attention to their closing time posted on the door) but he was still there and let me in anyway. Most other places I am sure would not have answered the door much less checked out the service ticket after they were closed for the day. I was able to get my car instead of having to wait until the following day. The prices are a bit high compared to the average non-dealer mechanic or quick oil change places, but it is worth the peace of mind knowing they are Acura experts and very committed to quality and customer relations. We went into the dealership to get our 2008 MDX serviced. We loved our 2008 MDX and were not looking to trade it in on a new car. We began to look at the new cars and Kerry asked if he could help us.
