My experience with Sean was great. The most important thing that he did for me that sticks out in my mind is that he was not pushy at all. I went to several other dealerships during the process of finding a car, and at two of them particularly the salesmen were so pushy that I just wanted to leave, I don't think it would have even mattered if I had found a car I liked, I would not have wanted to purchase it from them. I was in the service department to get an oil change and tires rotated. My initial invoice was quoted as being roughtly $75. By the time I left, my bill totalled over $300. The service department went over the additional charges (which I approved - if my vehicle needs the work then it needs the work). However, I was shocked to watch, while in the waiting room, that 90% of the people waiting also had additional costs and issues that needed to be addressed, which increased their invoice. I feel that the service department intentionally tacks on additional work (I have no idea if the car needs the work done or not, that's what the professional dealership should determine). I left Acura feeling taken advantage of, as this has happened to me on three different occassions now. To watch the service representatives sit down with their customers and have the same speech each and every time ("this looks great, this looks good, but we found......") was appalling. When my indicators tell me that service is needed, I'm diligent about taking my vehicle in. I have had four or five different Acura vehicles over the years, so I am aware of the cost in maintaining the car. I am considering taking my business to Mile High Acura. More

From the moment you walk in the door everything is first class and you feel that they are there to help you. My sales person, James (Jim) O'Connell was wonderful and walked us through the most pleasant car buying experience of my life. AND they got us out of there in under our 1.5 hour request! I just had my vehicle serviced for the first time and that was a great experience as well. Michelle was professional and efficient while helping me with scheduling and service information. You also can't beat driving off in a spotless car with a chilled bottle of water and some Ghirardelli chocolates waiting for you. I tell all my friends to go to Courtesy Acura, the vehicles are second to none, as is the service. More
So far, so good !!! I recently purchased a used Toyota Echo for my daughter. Within a couple days, the check engine light came on. My sales person, Jeff, saw me in the service department again and immediately came and gave me a loaner vehicle (FAR nicer than the little Echo) while they figure out why the check engine light continues to come on. Even though this issue is still in the process of being resolved, I feel very confident that it will come to a positive conclusion. If I had purchased this vehicle from a private party or a less reputable dealer, I believe I would be stuck with substantial diagnostic/repair bills. Both Sales and Service have treated me exceptionally !! More

I purchased my used MDX from Courtesy Acura about 4 years ago and it is the only place I would consider buying a car from again. Since that time I always return for service and Michelle has been outstanding ago and it is the only place I would consider buying a car from again. Since that time I always return for service and Michelle has been outstanding in handling all my service needs including my most recent oil change and side mirror service. Everyone at Courtesy Acura is top notch and they have always treated me with courtesy and respect. More
Found the car I wanted online. Contacted John W to get some info. Coincidentally, talked to some folks in Colorado Springs that highly recommended Nick Hill. I got in touch with him while he was on his way home...he turned around and waited for me. On top of that, him and Will stayed way after hours for me. Deal couldn't happen that night, so I returned the following week. Again, after hours because of the commute up to Denver after work. My girl and I decided to purchase the car (first in 15 years). A couple of bumps, but I feel everything worked out. Tom and Dean were a big help through the evening. I'm very thankful for their professionalism and patience. Nick Hill handled a few more things for me a week after the sale, without hesitation. I've been in retail management for a very long time, and have sold cars before... I am impressed and satisfied with my overall experience at Courtesy Acura. Mainly Nick's effort and follow up. Thanks guys! More
