I always take my 2008 TL in for service, Sandy and Michelle are the greatest help. They always inform me of what is going on with my TL as well as make suggestion on upcoming repairs. We worked with Kerry and found him to be very helpful in showing us the car we were interested in. We especially liked that we were given time to check the car and were not subjected to a lot of high pres showing us the car we were interested in. We found the used Ford Expedition on the internet and by the luck of the draw ended up with Kerry as our salesman. He was cordial, helpful and not "pushy". We had a few questions about the vehicle after looking at the on line picturs and writeup. He immediately walked out to the vehicle and checked it out for us. Price was OK and the next issue was the logistics of how we could drive to Littleton and be able to evaluate the vehicle after a quick look and drive around. Well, are ya sitting down now? Kerry offered to bring the car to our home (2 hours away), leave it here and give us a week to have it inspected by our local mechanic and for us to give it a thorough look see. The vehicle was great as was our meeting with Kerry. What a great asset Courtesy Acura has with this gentleman on their staff. Thanks again Kerry (PS-My wife may be submitting a review also) More

We drove to Denver from out of town to find a new car. The Acura we chose was exactly what we wanted. The process was fast and not an " all day ordeal". Since we had a rental they let us leave our new car on the lot until the next day, detailed it and filled it with gas for our long trip home. Our salesman was friendly and knowledgeable and we would definitely use him again. Thanks for the great experience, you made car shopping a lot less "painful"!!!! I had such a great buying experience with Kerry, I actually bought 2 cars from him in less than 4 months. My wife and I bought an Acura ZDX from him during our first visit and then bought a used Honda actually bought 2 cars from him in less than 4 months. I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change. Even though this was a basic service and I was using a coupon, the Service Dept. still gave my car a complimentary wash, vacuum and window cleaning...they though this was a basic service and I was using a coupon, the Service Dept. still gave my car a complimentary wash, vacuum and window cleaning...they even used Armor All on the tires! Michelle was thorough when we went through the inspection sheet and took time to discuss the new NSX and that Acura is planning 6 new models over the next few years. Great customer service will keep me coming back. More
