I bought my first car from Courtesy in 1990. The service department brings me back. I'm now on my 3rd Acura and 1st Isuzu. They've got the 18-year-old Isuzu running better than ever! I will only let Courtesy Acura service my 2008 Acura MDX. Sandy Santori is the best service advisor hands down. We stopped into this dealer on a "fact finding mission" as I had not decided what kind of car I wanted and was in no immediate need to purchase. After spending all day driving.....and driving....and driving other cars in Denver I came back to Courtesy Acura again, just to talk through some more options. My experience went well here. I did plenty of homework before heading in my buy my new (used) MDX. I had test driven multiple MDX's, many with Jeff at courtesy acura. I had almost bought one on a previous day with another salesman (Jeff was busy) but my gut said that it just wasn't right. My experience with this dealership so far hasn't given me any problems! If you are thinking of buying a car from them, walk past all of the other people and ask for Jeff. You'll be pleased with his no pressure attitude (and he took $1000 off the sticker price for me when I sent him an email). More
