Over the years I've shopped at other Acura dealers in the Denver area, but have never purchased a car from them because I've been spoiled by the way Coutesy treats me, and by their sales philosophy... friendly, straight forward, honest answers, no pressure, and cars that ARE NOT loaded up with a bunch of stuff I don't want (know what I mean Mile High?)at fair and reasonable prices on both sides of the transaction (trade and sale) The sales staff is very experienced and knowledgable. Be sure to look up Dennis Craig - Dennis has been at Courtesy forever, is a very experienced, extremely competent, knowledgable and friendly sales guy. He can help you get the deal done and will provide you with unbelievable customer service. Many thanks to John Osborne, the General Manager. At the end of the day, he was willing to make the deal happen, and also to Dean Johnson, the "finance guy" who made closing go smooth as silk. But it didnt end there, Charell offered to let me "borrow" it over the holiday weekend until the actual paperwork could be taken written up. More
