My experience was great! I didnt feel any presure& also I didnt feel I being taken advantage of. The salesman also offerred to lower the price to accomadate my price range.Unlike other places they TRY also I didnt feel I being taken advantage of. I went in looking for an Acura MDX but drove a couple and they were not a fit for me. Kerry kept trying to suggest other cars but I was pretty picky he finally just told me to drive the Lexus they had. I r they were not a fit for me. Kerry kept trying to suggest other cars but I was pretty picky he finally just told me to drive the Lexus they had. I reluctantly agreed and then of course fell in love with it. Kerry was very patient with me and the dealership stayed late to make sure I got what I wanted at a price and financing options I could live with. He was excellent in getting me to the car that was the best fit for me even though I didn't know what it was at the time. I now adore my new (at least new for me!) car. More
