Just bought a used 2009 TL with the excellent assistance from both Rick and Sean. From start to finish, it couldn't have been any better. That's really saying something, considering that it all came about because I brought my Aviator in for service and it was not good news. I'd like to compliment Frank in the Service Department, who treated me with respect and kindness every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, professional, and patient as he explained the problem and my various options. I was so impressed that I made sure he'll be my personal service advisor for the TSX. That's a good example of the Acura ownership experience - I have a Personal Service Advisor. Knowing there's someone I can trust to help me protect my investment in this vehicle is very important to me, and Frank is awesome. From a sales perspective, Dennis Craig is incredible. He is my go-to guy at Courtesy Acura, and he treats me like the Queen of Everything. There's never any pressure, and he always has time for whatever I need. He knows those cars inside and out, and I felt like the best-informed buyer ever. He also worked very hard to structure the pricing to fit into my reality, which was no small feat. In the realm of finance, Zsaree Dunbar is a goddess. She's charming, funny, and she really knows her stuff. Most people dread the paperwork portion of buying a car, but I look forward to it because I get to spend a little time with Zsaree. The buyer perks that come with an Acura are amazing. I'm still reading through all of the descriptions, and the only problem I foresee is remembering all of the extra bonus options that are available to me! Love the TLC program!
