Most of my interactions with Courtesy Acura began with checking pricing online. I don't have time for and can't stand dealerships with tons of options, text, and features, but they refuse to tell you how checking pricing online. Working to buy a car for my wife was so pleasant based on Sean and Todd. Sean is honest, direct, and he is straightforward. He answers questions and responds to emails very quickly. A late night email gets answered by 8am the next morning, at the latest. Sean was flexible enough to let me take a 2014 MDX home to see if it would fit in my garage after we've changed some things and then allowed my wife to drive it for a day to pickup kids and see it 'in production.' Unfortunately, other Acura dealerships in Aurora felt we'd put too many miles on their MDXs if we drove one home (even though we live in Aurora). So the other dealership wouldn't let us drive the car home nor park it in our garage. On the day I purchased the MDX, my super-busy life was it's normally hectic schedule. I needed to buy the vehicle and get across town to take it to my wife. She had events and would only be available up to a certain time. Sean, Todd, and the finance manager were super efficient and were very understanding. They helped me get all the documents signed, offered me value-added services, and had me on the road in-time. I strongly recommend this dealership. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and very straight-forward. It's the opposite of the pushy sales that too many of us have seen before. These guys know Acura and its competitors. They really are, dare I say fun to work with for this kind of purchase. More

I have been searching across the country for a used MDX that would meet my demands of excellent condition, great value and a history of outstanding service. When I received a call from my longtime friend Sean Wardrope about a newly acquired pre-owned MDX that he felt was everything I was looking for I immediately jumped on the deal. Being from California and purchasing a car sight unseen can obviously be a risky, even unwise decision. However, knowing Sean for many years, and trusting his integrity and genuine love of his chosen career, I made no qualms about this big ticket item. The vehicle was, according to my friend, "a solid, clean and the deal I had been hoping for". Good enough for me. Plane ticket purchased for the next morning and I was off. When I landed in Denver I was greeted by my good friend and informed that he had taken a couple days off so that he could drive back to Sacramento with me - Wow - now that is service! Not that I would have expected or hoped for such a thing but that's the kind of guy Sean Wardrope is. As far the actual vehicle, it is a beauty. An older MDX to be sure, but as clean and comfortable as anything on the road, and trust me, after 1,250 miles in 2 days I know. Another member of the Acura team worth mentioning here is Dean Johnson who handled my financing. This was the BEST car purchase I have ever made in terms of the finance guy!!! Everything was lined up, there was no pushy back end dealings that seem to be the norm at lower end dealers I have visited. This guy was straight up professional and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Dean for making my deal so seamless and easy. So to sum up, yes, Sean is a long time friend, but I expect that every person he deals with gets the same treatment as I received.
