He quickly led us to many vehicles that matched our needs. I loved that the vehicles were unlocked and accessible for us to open, look, and sit in the vehicle without waiting for keys. When we got to the vehicle that we were interested in, Ray offered to get the keys and pull it out so we could get a better look. The test drive experience was led by Ray's professional advise on what we should see, feel, and experience and it took us on a route that was long enough for both of us to drive and get a feel for the vehicle. I also loved that the prices were clearly printed on the vehicle, just as clearly as I know they are available on the internet. Ray was honest with us, had a wealth of knowledge, and offered to look up information that he did not know. There was no hiding of information or back and forth craziness that happens at "other" dealerships. Dean Johnson in Finance was great as well. Professionally offered products that were available but no pushy or tricky at all. When it was evident that an Acura RDX knocked off all the criteria I looked for in a car we were able to negotiate fairly and quickly without any games. Even though the car was priced aggressively to sale, he was able to work with me on my car trade-in value so that I can meet my personal budget. Rick made my car buying experience easy and smooth. Rick also answers phone calls and emails regularly, he never makes you wait on him. If I know anyone who is in the market to look for a car, Rick would be my first recommendation. I had been talking to Floyd via email and were planning to stop by and see him about the Jeep. When we arrived he had left, but told me during the day that his sales partner Sean would be able to help if he was not there. We came in, met Sean and test drove the Jeep. I mentioned to Sean that we had another appointment to see another Jeep that night and so he gave us his card and told me if things didn't work out, let me know and we can see what we can do. The other dealership didn't have what we wanted, so we came back to Sean and were able to work out a deal with the target financing we needed with our trade and monthly payment.
