Recently,I needed a roof rack system installed on my RDX and spoke with Andy who answered all of my questions and help me focus in on what I needed. He was very patient and explained all to me so that I "knew" what I wanted. I made the appointment and Andy took care of me well. He even gave me advice on what type of box I needed. When I first went to Courtesy Acura about 18 years ago looking for an Isuzu Rodeo, I met Dennis. He was very friendly, not all pushy, and obviously cared about what car would, and most importantly would n looking for an Isuzu Rodeo, I met Dennis. He was very friendly, not all pushy, and obviously cared about what car would, and most importantly would not, work for me. I had been to a couple other dealerships by my home but they seemed clustered, dirty, and friendly in a way that seemed fake. Courtesy was clean and the employees appeared to like it there. Dennis followed up with me on that first purchase of the Rodeo to ensure it was ok, and he has done the same on the 2 cars I've bought from him since then.
