I hadn't bought a car in in US since 1993 and was expecting a much more adversarial experience. However, to my surprise, this could not have been further from reality. This was easily my best car-buying experience, ever. Ray Newman, our salesman, was friendly, straight-forward and knowledgeable -- I would recommend him to anyone interested in an Acura. To call the car "used" is a bit of a stretch as it had less than 400 mi when we bought it. Along with those few miles we got additional warranty, the "pre-owned" moniker plus a discount off the price. As we had limited time to deal with licensing and title, they worked to get us the paperwork to shorten the process up to and including "hot-shotting" the paperwork to our door. Everything about our experience with this dealer has been and continues to be excellent. We look forward to a long, friendly relationship with them. More

Once there I use the time to confirm my assumptions regarding the car, arrange a quick test drive, and presuming they have the exact car I want, move quickly on to the 'deal' and get out the door. Floyd Pratt, our salesperson with Courtesy Acura, sensed this early in our visit to a very busy dealership this past Saturday and together we made fast work of purchasing a new RDX. Courtesy always has plenty of inventory and having purchased 3 previous cars from them I knew what to expect from the process which has always been fair and efficient. Now with 'fair market pricing' it's even easier--three and a half hours from start to finish which for a Saturday is fantastic. Floyd, like all of the staff, is knowledgeable in the product, professional in the process, and a pleasure to work with as was Jeremiah Watson who lead the finance process. I have a long commute to work and put a lot of miles on my vehicles. I was in the market for a nice pre-owned vehicle, so I went to Courtesy Acura. A short time later Floyd called me and asked me to take a look at the MDX that was posted on the website. My wife and I like what we saw, so I went in the next day for a test drive. The MDX was exactly what I wanted at the price I could afford. Will Douglas did the financing and got the loan that was perfect for me. These two gentlemen are amazing! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will be back and I will recommend Courtesy Acura to friends. More
I had recently totaled my car and was in need of a replacement. My wife and I had previously purchased a CPO 2005 MDX from this dealership and were extremely pleased with the experience. I got a price quote throughout he internet sales team and had an appointment set-up prior to my arrival, which made the process much more smooth. Loved the car (2009 CPO TL) and the entire team made me and my family (also had my wife and four year old daughter with me) feel comfortable and at ease. I have since had to bring in the vehicle for a speaker replacement, and had a great experience with the service department as well. I was selling my Jeep Wrangler through the USAA "Sell Your Car" program and had a great experience throughout the entire process. I had a 1:30pm appointment with Floyd to walk through the process and inspect the vehicle. I work in the area and decided to drop by at 12pm, while out to grab lunch, to see what the process was and to bump up the meeting time if possible. Floyd was incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. He talked to the Service Department and was able to get my appointment bumped up, took the required information from me and set me free to go grab some lunch. I received a call from Floyd about 30 minutes later, before I'd even finished my lunch, stating that everything checked out and they had a check waiting for me when I got back. I have to say that I was really taken aback at how quickly they worked through the process and how little hassle it was. I really thought that we'd get hung up in some part of the process and I'd end up coming back later or opting out all together, so I didn't bother arranging a ride back to work. With check in hand, I mentioned to Floyd that I needed to grab a cab back to work and he immediately offered give me a ride instead. What great customer service! I'll definitely be going back to Courtesy Acura, and talking to Floyd, when shopping for my next car. More

As a couple with limited income, we were looking for something specific; without being hassled or pressured to purchase a vehicle out of our price range. Since we had to drive from another city to look at a specific car, we called ahead to make sure the vehicle we were looking for was available and ready for test drive. Floyd did assure the car was still available and had it moved off of the main lot, so it would be available when we got there. When we arrived we were greeted in a friendly professional manner. We were not judged by our age or appearance (as we have been in the past). Floyd was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. He did not pressure us or try to show us a vehicle out of our price range. He was able to answer all our of questions; which I felt was impressive because we were looking at a used vehicle that was not the brand of the dealership. He gave us space to look at the vehicle and to talk without hovering or trying to persuade us. Floyd and the dealership were timely and efficient with the paperwork process. Dean worked with Floyd to expedite the process, which we appreciate since the car buying process can a long time, and we had to arrange a babysitter. The only complaint we had was that we walked out the door financing more than we anticipated. But this is not a reflection of the dealership; rather, a reflection of what we anticipated/hoped to get for our trade in. Floyd worked really hard to increase the value of our trade in for us so that we could purchase what we wanted. In the end, we greatly valued Courtesy Acura's no hassle/haggle policy. We knew up front the price of the care we were looking at; which; was priced about $5,000.00 cheaper than most other dealerships. Floyd was excellent to work with. He noticed a 2 things on our car that needed to be fixed and is working with us to get that done. In the end, we felt that Floyd was a genuine person, not someone who was only trying to make a sale. Dean was smiling and laughing with us, which made signing so many papers not so tedious and scary. (sometimes signing the paperwork for a new car is nerve racking because it is such a huge investment). More
