My wife and I have owned several Hondas and Three Acuras, all of which we have loved. We were dealing with another Acura dealership in town but after buying several cars from them we were becoming less enthu all of which we have loved. When I had a minor warranty concern regarding some peeling trim on our MDX I thought I would give Courtesy a try. Randy, in service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even though our MDX was out of warranty he went out of his way to contact Acura and they agreed to fix the problem. When I dropped my car off Lorenzo was just as friendly. He gave me a very nice loaner and the work was completed within a few hours. I haven't been treated this well at a dealership in as long as I can remember. They really seem like they want to earn our business. My mother went in to look at purchasing a new TL and the salesman she spoke with greeted her immediately and made her feel very comfortable. He never made any assumptions about her finances, answered all of her questions and was simply helpful and friendly. This was not the case at another Japanese luxury dealership in town.
