Based on the glowing review of Courtesy Acura on Google, I took my TL in for scheduled service with Michelle today and had a flawless experience. I was greeted promptly and didn’t have to wait at all. Their waiting room was well stocked with free beverages and snacks and the WiFi meant I could keep working while I waited. My car was ready exactly when they said it would and was freshly washed. I’ll definitely be going back for my next service. More
I have been using Courtesy Acura for all of my Acura service needs for years. Sandy has always gone out of his way to fit me in and take care of my needs. My wife has been telling me she wanted a new car. Saturday, I asked her what she wanted in a car and why. Using my ipad I did some research on Consumer Reports, etc., and decided the best car for her Saturday, I asked her what she wanted in a car and why. Using my ipad I did some research on Consumer Reports, etc., and decided the best car for her current needs and wants was an Acura MDX. I got on the Acura website and she chose the colors she wanted. I got on Autotraders, etc., and sent an email thru the Autotraders web site to my local, Colorado Springs, Acura Dealer and to Courtesy Acura in Littleton. I got a call from John Weidenaar at Courtesy in 20 minutes. I told him what I wanted, including color and options and he had one in stock. He called me back with a price (including the value of my trade), which I thought was fair and he asked me to send him copies of DL,registration and photos of car, which I did with my little digital camera and emailed them to him. On Monday afternoon, John drove our new car to our home in Colorado Springs (about 50 miles), had the paperwork all set for us to sign, and gave us the tour of the car. He left and took our trade in back to Denver. Excluding the technical tour of our new car, I spent about 45 minutes on the phone and signing papers to get my new car. I never even had to go inside a dealership and I never had to do the whole "let me talk to my manager" routine. How cool is that?! This is, BY FAR, the best and easiest and less stress inducing car buying experience I have EVER had! And I didn't even know these guys before. They gave me this world class service, from an unknown email. They are awesome!! BTW, my local Acura dealership hasn't called or emailed me back yet. It is Tuesday afternoon. More
I brought my 2011 MDX in to have the oil changed and the Wheels rotated and make sure everything was working OK. We plan to drive to San Diego the end of the month. 'one of the things that I liked about Coutesy Acura was that Everytime I bring the vehicle in for service, the vehicle is supposed to be washed. The last time I brought the vehicle in for service it was washed and dried to my approval. This time though was truly something else. When I went to get the car from the garageI noticed that the tires had not been dressed (shiney). I was told that they normally do not do that and if I want it done I would need to "ask" for it to be done. This is something that needs to be done to all cars serviced at the dealership. Now for t he problem. When I got home my wife asked me why the car had not been washed? As I walked around the car, I became more and more disappointed. The car was dirty in spots. Water spots all over the car and the wheels basically had not been touched! I had to almost completly re-due the the whole car. As I said, I was very disappointed with the way the car was given back to me. Looked like it was hardly touched. I own an Audi and our VW that we traded in for th e MDX, were always washed completly when we serviced them at a dealership. As you can tell, I am not happy. If this is the way a "washed" caris delivered after service, I will have to re- think the purchase of my next vehicle. Richard Gaynes More
