Yesterday I purchased my first Acura - a 2012 MDX with the Technology Package. I called Courtesy in the morning to see if they had the vehicle I wanted in stock and to get a quote. I was actually already planning on buying the car from Mile High Acura when I called (thank goodness I didn't!) I spoke to Nick (Sales Mgr) and he immediately inquired about my plans (very kindly - no pressure) and what I had been quoted from the other dealer. Within minutes Nick called me back and actually beat the other dealer's price (which was well below the dealer's invoice already). We were able to quickly agree on the details over the phone and I came in and within 2 hours was on my way. No long lines, no waiting, no haggling, no drama, no hidden costs, no pushy salespeople, no leaving with a headache. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I am going back to pick up my MDX today (couldn't get it yesterday because it was literally so new it had to be programmed) and return the nice Acura TL they loaned me for the night. My Acura TL is by far the best, most reliable, and cost effective of any vehicle that I have ever owned. I have tried other Acura service departments but Courtesy Acura is aways my first choice. Went in for the usual oil change. Asked them to check the battery, as there had been a slight hesitation in starting. After I went to the lounge (which is quite nice and has great amenities: coffee, tea, water, soda, cookies, fruit, granola bars, etc) to wait for my car, I was only there about 10 minutes when Lorenzo came in to tell me it was indeed the battery and he showed me the print-out of the test which barely registered. The battery was replaced and oil changed all within an hour. Courtesy Acura has always been the best dealer I've ever used for serving my 2006 Acura TL (bought the car there also). More

I took my 01 MDX in to Courtesy Acura on 4/30/12 to have the timing belt done. My experience was stellar for MANY reasons! First, Courtesy Acura was very competitive with respect to price - they beat the the timing belt done. My experience was stellar for MANY reasons! First, Courtesy Acura was very competitive with respect to price - they beat the price of most of the little guys. Second, they work on my type of vehicle all of the time - as such, I had peace of mind knowing that competent mechanics were working on my baby. Third, they gave me a complimentary loaner vehicle and had flexible pick-up/drop-off hours that met my busy needs. Fourth, they didn't try and sell me on the stuff that I don't need - they are a no-nonsense type of service department. Fifth, they gave my MDX a complimentary wash and vacuum! Overall, they have great customer service! What more can you ask for?!?! I will most definitely be going back - even for routine oil changes! More
Outstanding service and follow up from Service Consultant, Rob Heath. Had to have some warranty work done on our TL which merited a multiple day repair job. Rob offered a loaner and when it turned out that an extra day or two was necessary to wait on delivery of parts, he even asked if we wanted to trade up to a nicer model loaner, which was a very nice offer. His follow up with me and timely updates on progress of the repair were also very appreciated. More
