I never spoke to Sean Wardrope and have no idea why I'm expected to rate him. Overall, this was far from the worst experience I've had with a dealership, but it was the most bizarre -- everyone at the dealership seemed completely uninterested in selling me a car. And the sale took almost four hours at the dealership even after I'd asked to do whatever I could online before going down to speed things up. About all my salesdude did was show me some paperwork with the wrong terms on it "because it always prints out like that, I promise." It's 2024, you could probably find a 12-year-old with enough coding skills to fix whatever dumb software that prints out that every financed purchase is at a length of 72 months. More

Once I had everything together, waiting for 4 hours or so to complete the deal was ridiculous! THe finance lady was nice but I took offense to her asking me for a preapproval letter @ 6.5% which I had throug to complete the deal was ridiculous! I told them not to run my credit if they couldn't beat the rate but the did anyway. THE CAR CAME WITH ONLY 1 KEY, THE COST TO GET ANOTHER ONE IS OVER $900. THE MANAGER SAID DON'T WORRY, I HAVE A MUCH CHEAPER PLACE. SO FAR, NO COMMUNICATION WITH THIS PERSON!!! More
