Travis was outstanding, as usual, in the servicing of my car. Originally, Monday I went in for an oil change and undercarriage damage due to an animal strike. The oil change was completed, and the part ordered to replace the damage under the car, and scheduled for Tuesday to replace the damaged part. While there, we had a discussion about tires. He explained the cost for the tires, mounting, balancing, and alignment. Later that day, I called Travis back and asked him to order the tires. We changed the Tuesday appointment to Wednesday, and all work was done at that time within 2 hours. Unfortunately, a power outage hit when I arrived and all systems were down. When my car was ready, Travis told me to go ahead and leave, and that he would call me for payment once the systems were back online. That was perfect as it did not leave me sitting around waiting. I left, and about 90 minutes later he called and said he was ready for pament. I went back to the dealer and paid for the work. As first stated, Travis was outstanding! More
