Stopped by on Fri, 6/22/2012 to look at some certified pre-owned MDX's. After walking around checking and narrowing my selection, I was casually greeted by Jamie from Sales. He did a great job answering m pre-owned MDX's. After walking around checking and narrowing my selection, I was casually greeted by Jamie from Sales. He did a great job answering my questions on the two selections and did what he could to make me welcome. After I took the MDX home for a couple hours I came back to work with both Sean and Jamie to close the deal. The price offered on the trade was very fair, negotiation on the sale price was also reasonable and before I knew it I was driving home in my new (certified-pre-owned) MDX - after I met with Dean, of course to complete the paperwork. I came back the next day to drop off another key to the trade-in and picked up some additional keys for the MDX. During the process I met Andy in Service, who just like the others, was personable, knowledgable and made me look forward to returning for the next maintenance check. Truly a great experience and hopefully the chemistry at this dealership continues to impress - Thanks! More

I have been a Sales person in Finance for 13 years and do not like to be "sold" and pushed when buying something. I grew to like him and trust him and learned a ton of information about the 2012 MDX before I bought it (with Tech). He never rushed me and had a great sense of humor and perspective. Maintenance visit for my 2004 RSX had me leaning towards investing in a new car instead of fixing the old. I have been a long time purchaser of Acura’s (this is my third) all bought from the incredibly exp investing in a new car instead of fixing the old. I have been a long time purchaser of Acura’s (this is my third) all bought from the incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and good friend “Uncle” Dennis Craig. Service team was awesome (especially Sandy) and very patient while I went over my options, including letting me keep my loaner (free of charge of course!). Dennis found my dream car (TSX - 6 spd, silver) at another dealership, shipped it in, and I was driving home in it the next day. What a sweet ride! Financing with Zsaree was quick and easy; she talked me thru my options and had me in & out in record time from previous experiences. Uncle Dennis upgraded my car with a free clear bra (shhh, I think maybe that was a secret,) and with a bribe of pizza and beer (from Dennis – not me!) got the guys in the shop to give my new car a free wax & clean. Dennis even spent the time to update my hand’s free calling in my car, showed me the entire car’s features, and even programmed in my garage door! Great team they have at Courtesy, lots of knowledge, fun, & energy, I’ll be back! P.S. I’ve known Dennis a long time and he’s not always told me to buy new, he had me repairing my older car(s) before (even when I was up for buying new) because it made sense based on the value of my car &/or the work that needed to be done. Dennis is a very good friend in car sales that would not (pun intended) steer you wrong. More

Matt was not only courteous but very consciencious about our service requests.
