Did not visit the dealership with the intention of buying that day. Test drove Acura TL to compare with infiniti and lexus. Road noise with the infiniti ruled it out. Loved the lexus, but decided the particular model I liked was too small. Acura fit my needs given that I was considering downsizing. Charell was able to find the particular color I requested and mileage hoping for in stock. Trade in value was sufficient. Therefore, I walked out with a new, used Acura. Since my purchase took place in evening, a few issues may have been addressed during daylight. The trunk of the car has a few chips in the paint and the back seat drivers side window has a tear in the tinting. This may have been done when removing car informaion that is taped to window. This car had not made it to the for sale lot or posted on-line yet. These issues may be covered in warranty, just have not had a moment to review. All around, the service and knowledge of all those that we encountered was great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the need of a new or used car. More
Rick was outstanding! I had been looking at a couple of different vehicles and they actually didn't take one under their dealership because it didn't pass their inspection. My experience with this vehicle has made me a loyal Acura enthusiast. Naturally when it came time to upgrade my Acura, Courtesy Acura was my top choice. John and Jeff worked hard to get me the exact car and color I decided on, a 2013 ILX 2.4L. The process was hassle free. I got a call when my car arrived and finalizing all the paperwork was efficient and simple. Working with the finance department was equally pleasant. Zsaree offered some enticing options for protecting my investment that were customized to the way I use my vehicle. A great value! I am confident that I can continue to depend on Courtesy Acura's expertise with maintaining my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. More
