I purchased my car from another area dealer and always took it there for service, but after 3 visits for the same issue (a drafty/whistling window) and it still wasn't resolved, I decided to try Courtesy. Andy and his team knew exactly what the problem was and were able to fix it the very first time, and within one day! They also performed my 40,000 mile service and oil change, and took care of a couple manufacturer recall items. I was so pleased with the entire experience. They were friendly, easy to work with, reasonably priced and completed the work quickly. More
Everyone was very friendly, helpful and explained things very clearly. Overall it was a great experience. I got really good deal on a terrific car. After finding a car of interest on the dealer's website, I contacted the dealer through the internet. John Weidenaar got back to me promptly and set up a test drive car of interest on the dealer's website, I contacted the dealer through the internet. John Weidenaar got back to me promptly and set up a test drive with Sean, when John could not be available at the time that fit my schedule. Sean was ready for me when I arrived and gave me a very informative test drive, and there was no pressure when I indicated that I had just stated looking and wasn't ready to decide. After I decided that I wanted to try to put together a deal, John set up a convenient appointment. John spent the time to show me the MDX in different colors to help zero in on the car I wanted. When we found that the specific vehicle I wanted from the website listing had been sold, John found another vehicle that meet my needs and honored the price of the other vehicle. The car was in the Courtesy loaner program and John promptly got it back from its loan assignment and got it ready for delivery. He answered all of my questions on the MDX's technology features and has been available for follow on questions and help after delivery. The only part of the deal that was not fully satisfactory was the finalization of the deal in finance. This was a lot of information to deal with late on a Friday and felt like something to endure. I know that offering all the add-on options are routinely done by all dealers by finance rather than by the sales person, but I urge you to reconsider that approach. I think it would be better to work all those things out with the sales person. I would rather have gone over this with John instead of with finance. Because I was tired late on Friday when we were closing the deal, I had trouble tracking all the add on options, so I just said no to all. Later, I rethought that and arranged with John to add on a clear bra, mag-chloride protection, and prepaid service. The finance experience aside, my overall experience with Courtesy Acura was very good. John was terrific to work with. I feel like I got a great vehicle at a very good price. I am really enjoying my new MDX and expect to continue to do so for many years. More

I have always had a great experience with Courtesy Acura. I had to take my car in for service and Andy Fiedler in the service department was fantastic. I had normal maintenance as well as I had to get new brakes and they did everything possible to keep me informed and comfortable. I always feel really comfortable with the work they do on my car. I just recently bought a 2006 VW Beetle Convertible from this dealer and within the first week I had a couple of problems (headlights out, check engine light, horn inoperable, lost duplicate key). I first started talking to Dave when I first brought it in and was welcomed with open arms, so to speak. They told me they would take care of everything for me, free of charge, and even gave me a rental car for an entire week. They fixed my headlights for me. After a week I realized my check engine light was on. I called Dave again and he told me to come right in. They checked it and fixed the light and sent me on my way. The light came back on a couple of days later and I realized that my horn did not work, I called in again and was greeted by Andy, who told me to come in and they would check it and repair it for me. He had me come in for a third time and it was during this time that they fixed my check engine light, repaired my horn, and even paid for a duplicate key for me. I just picked up my car today and they paid for over $1500 dollars in repairs, and had the duplicate key made for me free of charge and without me requesting it. After I left the lot did I realize that they had given me a Ghiradelli chocolate square and a bottle of water. I cannot believe how much help I have received from them, I am in complete utter shock. This dealership has gone over and beyond normal customer service, especially for a car that they do not even make, but sold to me. I will definitely be going back to this dealership when it comes time for me to buy another car. If you ever are looking to buy a car, Courtesy Acura in Littleton, Colorado is the one to buy from.
