We worked with Lou Taylor, Sean Wardrope and Cole Harris in Dec 2023 to buy our new Acura RDX. They were all wonderful to work with. Lou made me feel listened to and taken care of. Sean somehow managed to make car negotiations a laugh-filled experience for my husband. Cole knows his stuff and was very no-pressure and personable. We visited a lot of different dealerships, and the Courtesy Acura team were the most “real” people we met. They made me feel calm. As well, the location itself was nice, bright, open and classy. I was having a key problem with my car. After doing all of that including replacing the battery in the key fob there was no charge for their efforts. Another reason why Courtesy is the only place I take my MDX for service! More

Courtesy Acura was accommodating and has a great staff to work with. My car battery died the morning of my appointment, which delayed my arrival time.
