I contacted Courtesy Acura regarding a used Honda CR-V they had and was sent to Jeff. He was very helpful and even made sure the car was still on the lot before we went down there. I had to change my appointment time, and it was no problem at all. When we arrived, Dennis met us and was very nice to my little boy, even giving him a stuffed CarFox! Jeff made the buying experience very easy and no pressure. He took me on a test drive, and let us take the vehicle for a few hours to have it looked at by a mechanic. I appreciated the no-haggle selling mentality, and it made it easy to make a good buying decision! Even when I was buying a used Honda at a much lower price point than the new Acuras they typically sell, I felt like an important customer! I would definitely recommend this dealership! More

I was dreading my visit to Courtesy Acura since I hate dealing with the car-buying process but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Sean Wardrope was very respectful of my car needs, asked ques dealing with the car-buying process but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Sean Wardrope was very respectful of my car needs, asked questions that would help him make a better “case” to the managers and was just very genuine. I have never walked away from a car sale and felt like my business and time was respected and appreciated. We met with Dean Johnson who is one of the Finance Managers and he was equally pleasant to work with. He was mindful of our time, didn’t try to “sell” us too much on any add-ons and when we told him exactly what we want in our extended car warranty – he did quick research and was able to meet us in the middle. My husband and I were in/out of the dealership and driving in our new car in less than two hours. One of our key fobs was a bit damaged and the service department immediately ordered in a new key fob to replace for us. The facility is welcoming and clean which I always appreciate. Presentation is everything to me so if you can't have a great showroom, it makes me question all the other aspects of your business. I’m impressed with the service Courtesy Acura provides and even more impressed that they do stand by what they say and truly take care of their customers.
