Found the car I wanted online. Contacted John W to get some info. Coincidentally, talked to some folks in Colorado Springs that highly recommended Nick Hill. Deal couldn't happen that night, so I returned the following week. Again, after hours because of the commute up to Denver after work. My girl and I decided to purchase the car (first in 15 years). A couple of bumps, but I feel everything worked out. Tom and Dean were a big help through the evening. I'm very thankful for their professionalism and patience. Nick Hill handled a few more things for me a week after the sale, without hesitation. I've been in retail management for a very long time, and have sold cars before... We gave Nick a general idea of what we were looking for and he helped us to narrow down our choices from the dozen or so on the lot to just a couple of vehicles. Nick was patient and honest throughout the entire process. Once the sale was done, he still continued to help us out, going as far as to track down another key fob and set up a service appointment to help us get it programmed.
