I did a lot of internet research on the car I wanted and ultimately decided on a 2013 or 2014 AWD Acura RDX with the Tech Package. Sean with Courtesy Acura was one of the first to respond with answers to ALL my questions. Sean was great and promptly answered all the follow-up emails and phone calls I made. When I indicated I would be interested in an Acura Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, Sean made sure the vehicle in which I was interested was inspected and passed through the CPO process on short notice. Both he and Will answered all my questions honestly. At no point did I feel like I was being duped or that they were withholding the truth. We arrived at the dealership and were taken care of by Kerry because John had to leave. Kerry allowed us to drive the car home to make sure that it would fit in the garage and take it for a proper test drive, not just around the block. We loved the car and purchased it that afternoon. During the purchase process we were not pressured and Kerry and Jeremiah took plenty of time to explain everything to us in detail about the car and the financing. In addition, Lou, the concierge, then took the time to explain some of the details on the car, and set up an appointment with us to come to our house and go over the nav system and any other questions that we had about the car. Lou spent two hours with us and we came away with a very good understanding of all of the technical details of the car. During the whole experience I never felt any salesperson pressure and Todd took all of the necessary steps to answer all of my questions. I left the dealership and I was never pressured into making a decision that day to purchase a vehicle. I was so impressed with the unwavering commitment to quality customer service, that I returned a week later to purchase a vehicle from Sean and Todd.
