We were referred to Dennis Craig at Courtesy Acura Littleton, CO by a family member. We decided to drive to Littleton to find out what was available in our price range. As we continued our drive to Courtesy Acura, we were not very hopeful that this dealership would have anything available for us. We were just expecting to meet Dennis and ask him to be on the look-out for a vehicle that would meet our needs. As he listened to our needs it was very clear that he knew that Courtesy Acura had just the vehicle for us. Even our list of trade in vehicles and other constraints did not become an obstacle for Dennis. After numerous (great) experiences in the past - my sales person retired and so I decided to give Sean Wardrope a try at earning my business. I always do my homework - I know what I want, I know what I'm willing to pay and he always made it happen. After many years of selling cars and putting-up with guys like me I am sure he's enjoying a well deserved rest but that just means Sean has to deal with me going forward. Sean respected my desire to get information via email - he was prompt......fast is a more apt description and that impressed me. One call to settle on a deal and as I was driving over there he was preparing the paperwork - filling in many of the fields I would normally have to........very nice. Did not visit the dealership with the intention of buying that day. Test drove Acura TL to compare with infiniti and lexus. Road noise with the infiniti ruled it out. Loved the lexus, but decided the particular model I liked was too small. Acura fit my needs given that I was considering downsizing. Charell was able to find the particular color I requested and mileage hoping for in stock. Trade in value was sufficient. Therefore, I walked out with a new, used Acura. Since my purchase took place in evening, a few issues may have been addressed during daylight. The trunk of the car has a few chips in the paint and the back seat drivers side window has a tear in the tinting. This may have been done when removing car informaion that is taped to window. This car had not made it to the for sale lot or posted on-line yet. These issues may be covered in warranty, just have not had a moment to review. All around, the service and knowledge of all those that we encountered was great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the need of a new or used car. More
