Chris was very helpful diagnosing the problem with my TSX and letting me know what was wrong. He worked with me on the cost of the repair also. Extremely pleased with Courtesy Acura's Service Department. Jack does an outstanding job - he communicated the details of the repairs that needed to be performed and even introduced my husband and Department. I wish I could remember the mechanic's name - he's also outstanding! Jack texted me photos of the recommended repairs as well as daily updates on the progress of the repairs.
