I would like to compliment our salesman, Will Douglas for making our car search a fun experience. We test drove 3 cars, each having their own pluses. We were given the opportunity to test drive each vehicle on city streets, in traffic and on feeways to get a real feel of how the cars handled. When the 2013 RDX Tech model became available to test drive, as soon as we began our test drive we knew it was the car for us. My wife and I don't buy cars often, so we shop for quality, dependability and fun. We found this car to be all that we were looking for. Will was fun to drive with. We got to know him pretty well, and with his help had a really fun buying experience, Thanks Will! Also thanks to Dean Johnson, who helped us get the financing that we felt we had to have in order to keep the payments manageable with our budget. Sometimes this process can be long and cumbersome at best, but Dean helped to make the process go smooth, quick, and painless. Thanks lastly to the entire staff who seemed to be genuinely a team that helped to make our experience a good one. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and kindness in the car buying process. I have been looking at lots of cars to replace a 2010 Toyota RAV4 Sport, whose lease was up. Considering I'm retired now, I wanted a car for me and my wife that would last a long time. An Acura was an obvious choice, and the RDX appeared to be the right model. From my first visit with Ray Newman, he educated me on the fine features of this car, confirming why it did make sense for me to buy one. He did all this in a very professional, competent, knowledgeable manner with little apparent sales pressure that car salesmen are famous for. Valerie felt the same. Zsaree Dunbar did an excellent job in explaining the financial issues. She's also not a bad sales person in getting me to sign up to various options for the car, that did make sense. Lou Taylor and others at Courtesy were also very sincere and helpful with us. There's no question in our mines that Courtesy ACura and its people deserve a 5 rating. More

Normally, I get overwhelmed when I am at car dealerships - let's face it; buying a car is a huge investment! At the Courtesy Acura dealership, we were met with smiles and friendly handshakes. Will Douglas and John Osbourne were wonderful! You can tell when someone it just trying to "make the sale", but Will Douglas and John Osbourne were completely different and were extremely down to earth. Right away I felt that these folks really wanted to help us find the perfect car that fit our needs, but more importantly, our budget. We left the dealership not exhausted like other dealerships we've been to, but awake and excited about the purchase we made! I had been shopping for a Ford Super Duty, of all places found it at Courtesy Acura. Great vehicle in great condition at a fair price.
