Fantastic experience working with Ray to buy my "new" used car! Super easy and went out of his way to make sure the car I was looking at would work for my needs! The whole Acura team catered to my daughter while I was waiting on finance and filling out paperwork. Videos, snacks, and drinks for her! It was really nice and she didn't want to leave! My car was ready to go the next day with new window tint! Finance went through my local bank which it totally awesome for managing my account! Courtesy Acura also fixed my door lock after I purchased the vehicle and gave me a loaner for the day! You can't go wrong here. They do what's best for the customer! More

We recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2013 Acura MDX, and Courtesy Acura was recommended by a good friend who bought his car there. I can honestly say that our overall experience was great - and Sean, Will, and Lou were very Knowledgeable and easy to work with. Before heading across town to the dealership, I contacted Sean Wardrope online to get more info about the inventory, pricing, etc. After initial contact with Sean I stopped by to check out the cars and immediately felt comfortable with Sean and the dealership. Sean was very straight forward with me and was not "salesy" or high pressure at all, which I very much appreciated. Typically I find the whole car buying process to be stressful, irritating, and time-consuming, but this experience was very smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend Sean and Courtesy Acura to everybody. The only reason I did not give a 5-star rating to the dealership for 'Quality of Work' is because it looked like a Coke had spilled/sprayed in the front seat and the detailed guys missed it before delivery of the car. However, based on the rest of my experience I'm sure that was an isolated incident. (And the 'Good' rating on price goes to my wife for not letting me buy the car during the early Spring sales deal, so I missed out on the amazing finance rate from Honda. But Sean gave me a fair price on the car, and he and Will worked with me on a decent interest rate.) Like most people, customer service is very important to me - especially when buying a new car - and Sean and Courtesy Acura have earned my business. More
