We had a price in mind; we too had done our own research and we came pretty close. He was very fair on our trade in; no low balling us. My husband and I are in the market for a car for ourselves and will go back to deal with him again. The dealership was very nice and their used cars were very clean and top notch. I had went to a lot of dealerships looking for a used car for her. I was surprised how the used cars are presented: clean on the outside and dirty on the inside. I have to say once we entered the car lot it was a true pleasure and much different from any other test drive.
