Ray Newman, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable, personable and friendly and he not only explained all of the benefits of the 2014 Acura MDX but also took the time to show us how to take advantage of all that it has to offer. My wife and I had been shopping around for an MDX for some time and although Courtesy Acura wasn't the closest Acura dealership to our home we were sure glad we made the trip and knew right away that this was where we would be making our purchase. We couldn't be happier with our MDX and the service we received. I would highly recommend Ray and the rest of the staff to all of my friends and familly in the market for a new or pre-owned Acura. There was never any pressure or awkward moments and I found that wasn't the case at several of the other dealerships we visited. They truly earned my business and in turn earned a lifelong customer. My husband stopped at this dealership to look at a used BMW. After talking to me, we decided to go with a Jetta. We went to two other dealerships and dealt with the same run around with empty promises. BMW. After talking to me, we decided to go with a Jetta. We went to two other dealerships and dealt with the same run around with empty promises. We found out that Courtesy Acura had a Jetta. Before arriving to the dealership, my husband told me that there is no haggling, their prices are firm. When we got there, we were met with a smiling face, he asked who my husband worked with the other day (he didn't even attempt to take the sale) and got our salesman, Floyd. Floyd is the nicest, most honest salesperson I have ever encountered. Even though we were not interested in a brand new Acura, he did not treat us any different. He moved through the tedious car buying process as quickly as possible. He was reassuring and confident with the choice that we made. Yes, we could have went with either of the other two dealerships which were VW dealers, but honestly when we are in the market for another car, we would not even look at another dealership. Our car was $21,000, which was a great deal and well under the selling the price. After we signed the papers, we were going through the glovebox and happened upon another sticker price of $20,000. Floyd went back into the dealership and in five minutes, we redid the paperwork for $20,000. I was so astounded by this I couldn't believe it. There are very few dealerships that walk the talk, but by far this dealership does. Floyd was an awesome salesman to work with, but everyone we have encountered so far has been just as nice. We took the car the next day for the service department to do an alignment. Floyd stopped by to check on us. Another person saw my son in there and gave him a car. I can not say enough things about this dealership. Whether you are looking for a new Acura or a used car, stop looking at all of these other places and shop at Courtesy Acura, you can't go wrong!!!!!
