My wife and I had been looking for a new, luxury SUV to replace our aging BMW X5. Most importantly, he was genuinely kind and we knew that he actually cared more about us getting into the right vehicle than his own personal commission. This is a rare quality that separates the 'car salesman' from a trusted advisor who guides you with ease through the buying process. From top to bottom, Courtesy Acura has exemplary customer service. There is no pressure, no hard sale, no tough negotiation, no 'closer' that comes out of nowhere to try to seal-the-deal in the event you are not quite sure or need more time.
