Good experience. Floyd Pratt did a good job start to finish. He contacted via an internet inquiry, had some email issues and decided to just pop in to check out a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder that fit my nee finish. Floyd was not there so Jimmy started off by finding the vehicle I was interested in. He then had another appointment that was scheduled so he handed me off to Leo and Hannah. All along the way everyone was professional and helpful. In the end I did not make a deal that day I first stepped into the dealership. Floyd then followed up with me through email a few days later. We were able to exchange a few offers and come to a deal. The teamwork this dealer showed was surprising and refreshing. Everyone worked professionally and didn't seem to be undermining each other. I don't think this deal would of been done without the work of everyone I encountered at Courtesy Acura. Go see Floyd, see if he can get a deal done for you. More

My wife and I were in the market for a reliable, dependable, safe vehicle with a lot of creature comforts. We looked at other brands (Honda, Jeep) but found the Acura RDX to fit our needs best. The Costco Automobile program pointed us to Courtesy Acura and even though it was quite a drive out of our way...... we are SOOOOOO GLAD we did. We first spoke to Kerry Walton and said we were there due to the Costco program. Kerry quickly presented Sean Wardrope to us. Sean listened to what we were looking for and provided answers to our questions. We tested the RDX, smooth ride, a lot of safety features, and the amenities we were looking for. Sean is not a high-pressure salesman. He knows his product and was there to guide us through the decision process. Sean was always courteous and polite. When we arrived to purchase the RDX, Sean had three ready to look at....we narrowed the color to three. In the three hours it took to arrive, decide on a color, test drive our "new baby", turn in a car for trade-in, get through the paper work, we met Jim Kurtz, Dean Johnson, and Lou Taylor. They all were wonderful to work with. Our entire experience at Courtesy Acura was great. We will send our friends and family their way. More

Our experience at Courtesy Acura couldn't have been better! The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming and made us feel at ease right from the beginning. Ray Newman, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable, personable and friendly and he not only explained all of the benefits of the 2014 Acura MDX but also took the time to show us how to take advantage of all that it has to offer. My wife and I had been shopping around for an MDX for some time and although Courtesy Acura wasn't the closest Acura dealership to our home we were sure glad we made the trip and knew right away that this was where we would be making our purchase. We couldn't be happier with our MDX and the service we received. I would highly recommend Ray and the rest of the staff to all of my friends and familly in the market for a new or pre-owned Acura. There was never any pressure or awkward moments and I found that wasn't the case at several of the other dealerships we visited. They truly earned my business and in turn earned a lifelong customer.
