Contacted Sean Wardrope right away and he asked me to take it to a BMW dealer since they could not work on it at Acura. BMW could not diagnose the problem so Sean set me up in a very nice 2011 Infinity to see if I liked it. I preferred the 535xi. Acura went to BMW found me another 535xi same year less miles and hooked me up with a great price. They went above and beyond making me happy! Thanks Sean, Owen and John! John Mc More

We had a lot more car shopping to do, but Dennis followed up with us on the phone a couple times over the next couple months. A few more trips to Courtesy, including one that involved us bringing luggage into the showroom and one that resulted in taking a car home to test our garage, and we decided to buy. Jim O'Connell stepped in when Dennis was occupied and also did a great job. He even helped entertain the kids while the papers were being signed. At signing, Will was very professional and helped us get great financing terms. Even after the deal was done, Dennis made sure we were happy and worked in a few extras. Courtesy Acura provided us with the level of service that one should expect from a brand such as Acura. We would definitely recommend them to anyone we like! More

Nice staff - Low Ball Trades So, I visited this dealer, and buyer... be prepared. I'm an educated buyer, I had reviewed both my car's value and the vehicle for sale, so I knew th So, I visited this dealer, and buyer... be prepared. I'm an educated buyer, I had reviewed both my car's value and the vehicle for sale, so I knew the numbers walking into this dealership. First, the salesman was friendly and the test drive pleasant, but that's it. After them looking over my car, taking it around the block, commenting how clean it was, and a rare find... I was excited that we might be able to work a deal. The salesman came from the "talk or meeting" with the Used Car GM, who offered me $3000.00 plus less than Kelly Blue Book online quote had given me just an hour before I visited them. This quote was also over $1500.00 less than NADA. When I asked, I was told that "the online quotes are not accurate", which is odd because the vehicle for sale fits right into the KBB recommendations. So, buyer, do you homework, and perhaps try another place. I was offered a much better price for my trade elsewhere, but ultimately wasn't happy with the exterior color of the car, so I passed on that deal. I can't help but think this is the very reason people hate visiting dealerships. Why do they insist on playing the "negotiation" game? It's 2014, people have information at their finger tips. I was hoping this dealership would have presented their best offer, a fair offer...but instead I was treated like an uneducated consumer, perhaps trying to bully me into their "fair deal". Honestly, there are better places to shop and better things to do with one's time. So, no deal for me and I'll be sure to remove this dealership from all my searches. More

He then then found us the car of our dreams! Next we met with Jeremiah Watson, the Finance Manager, who found us the best financing option with an added 4 year extended warranty for pennies on the dollar. We didn't feel pressured, and the process went by quickly. We plan to purchase two more vehicles in the next year and we will definitely be back to see our two favorite guys! He quickly led us to many vehicles that matched our needs. I loved that the vehicles were unlocked and accessible for us to open, look, and sit in the vehicle without waiting for keys. When we got to the vehicle that we were interested in, Ray offered to get the keys and pull it out so we could get a better look. The test drive experience was led by Ray's professional advise on what we should see, feel, and experience and it took us on a route that was long enough for both of us to drive and get a feel for the vehicle. I also loved that the prices were clearly printed on the vehicle, just as clearly as I know they are available on the internet. Ray was honest with us, had a wealth of knowledge, and offered to look up information that he did not know. There was no hiding of information or back and forth craziness that happens at "other" dealerships. Dean Johnson in Finance was great as well. Professionally offered products that were available but no pushy or tricky at all. I will definitely buy future vehicles from Courtesy Acura and recommend that you visit Ray and team if you're in the market. The variety of vehicles was rather large as well!! Thanks Team Acura!! He treated me as a person who simply wanted to find a perfectly practical car for the right price. He didn't push me into buying a car just to make a sale. He made sure to understand what my needs were first and foremost and then he would see if his dealership was able to meet those needs. When it was evident that an Acura RDX knocked off all the criteria I looked for in a car we were able to negotiate fairly and quickly without any games. Even though the car was priced aggressively to sale, he was able to work with me on my car trade-in value so that I can meet my personal budget. Rick made my car buying experience easy and smooth. Rick also answers phone calls and emails regularly, he never makes you wait on him. If I know anyone who is in the market to look for a car, Rick would be my first recommendation.
