Incredibly easy, honest, and friendly I went to test drive only and took my mom with me. I was immediately welcomed by Kerry who listened to exactly what I wanted. I had already looked information up online and knew the exact car, trim, colors, etc that I wanted and that it was in their inventory. Kerry found the exact car I wanted for me to test drive. He discussed their deals with me and what makes Courtesy Acura unique. He even was able to beat the price of my no haggle employee purchase discount! He was never pushy and treated me with the utmost respect. Most times when I go look at cars, the sales consultant doesn't deal with me directly even though I am the one buying the car. Kerry was different. He was respectful, friendly, and honest. I wasn't planning on buying that day, but the finance deal was too good to pass up. I was on a time limit and Kerry worked quickly, while still being thorough and making sure I understood everything. Then he got me a loaner of the same car and trim I was purchasing until my car would be ready with my add ons so that I could start to get used to what my new car would be like. Then he kept in contact to let me know when my car was ready. I was immediately offered assistance when I walked into the dealership and Kerry once again made sure I didn't have any questions. Lou was very helpful with teaching me about all the bells and whistles in my car. He was patient with me and worked around my hectic schedule to get a time that would allow me the most time to learn about the gadgets on the car. He answered all my questions, and searched out answers he wasn't sure of. Will was respectful of my time crunch, shortened up his speech, and talked quickly for me while making sure he wasn't going too quickly and that I understood. He clarified the finance portion and answered all my questions. He was also very respectful and a pleasure to deal with. I am probably younger than most of their clientele who purchase the car I did. But they treated me respectfully during the entire process. It was refreshing to go to a dealership and not feel like you are being tricked or talked to differently because of your age. I appreciated every interaction I had. Every step in the process went smoothly and was so incredibly easy. I will be a repeat customer and refer family and friends solely based on my experience with Kerry, Lou, and Will. They are just so relatable. On top of that, I absolutely love my new car!! More

Courtesy Acura, and Sean in particular) provided such a great surprise. Very low pressure, very responsive to many questions over a period of about a week as we decided on the purchase. Fair pricing on the new car is only the start; and my trade was valued very fairly as well. The purchasing process itself was a snap; from signing papers to a detailed tour of our new MDX this was a great experience. I'll highly recommend Courtesy Acura to anyone in the market for a new car. More

As soon as I walked in the door someone greeted me and made me feel comfortable talking to them about what I was looking for. I asked ALOT of questions and never felt like they were impatient in answering them. They also went above and beyond to provide information about my questions, not just a short answer with the intention of moving on to sell a car. All of the people I worked with were knowledgable about the car and the process of buying it. When all of the paperwork was done I was not just handed the keys to drive off. Our sales person sat in the car with me and helped me personalize and set up all of the technology features in the car. Since the purchase of my new car I have had several follow up calls to ensure I am happy with my purchase and to make sure I did not need any support with any of the great technology that the car comes with! I would not hesitate to return to Courtesy Acura to buy a car! More
