Though there were some challenges with this first model year they addressed all of them in time. They were clearly committed to my satisfaction. They honored the warranty without question. The service people were very accommodating. (And it was nice to have a clean car every time I brought it in!) John Weidenaar, the sales person who handled my initial purchase was excellent as well. Knowledgeable. Customer-first attitude. Yet beyond that the whole dealership all the way up to the General Manager have a great attitude about customer service. I strongly recommend Courtesy Acura. (And, by the way, the 2014 MDX is a very nice vehicle.) More

When Leo told me that they would breakdown the stereotype of the typical car dealership and of car salesmen I was extremely skeptical. However, after test driving two cars and then buying a car, he was absolutely correct. The dealership is top notch and I know that I was treated honestly and fairly. Every promise was put in writing and nothing was left out. Each step of the sales process was properly explained and documented. If and when we need another vehicle, we will definitely return to Courtesy Acura. More

Sean was very accommodating and provided me with a wealth of information prior to my visiting the show room. Sean accommodated my schedule and made the entire buying experience a positive one. He arranged for the return of my rental vehicle (even topping off the gas) and assured me that if I was unable to program my garage door opener, a staff member would come to my house to do this on my behalf. The pricing for my new vehicle was on target based on internet searches that I did beforehand. The entire staff at Courtesy Acura was professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this dealer! The long journey for fairness After months of searching the market for a vehicle for my wife I ran across a "Craigslist" add for this used car at this dealership. I searched out th After months of searching the market for a vehicle for my wife I ran across a "Craigslist" add for this used car at this dealership. I searched out the dealership on-line and contacted the on-line manager, Sean Wardrope, with an e-mail on a weekend thinking it would be seen first thing Monday morning. To my surprise Sean returned my query the same day and we made an appointment to drive the car. The 2012 Malibu was well detailed and drove beautifully. The low tire pressure light came on which was taken care of right away and I have had no problems with that since. A round of applause for everyone at Courtesy Acura of Littleton, Co. with their can do attitude and smiling faces. PS. we're still finding neat options this car has.
