After searching online for a certified preowned car we stopped at Courtesy Acura to look at an Acura RDX, we were promptly greeted by Charell took us to the vehicle we had seen online. After a test drive and a no pressure chat in the office we left with a credit application. The next day we faxed the application over and the approval was quick and painless. Later that day we went back and purchased the car. The staff at this dealership were knowlegeable and helpful we were not left sitting around while the salesman went off to some mysterious room to see the sales manager. We had visited a number of dealers and never felt as comfortable as we did here. More

He appeared well informed about the product, and was able to produce multiple available choices that conformed to our requirements. He conducted an informative test drive in poor weather. When we returned, John did no have too many additional white hairs. Tom Morton, the sales manager, also provided an additional choice, and provided additional small sweeteners at the appropriate time, including allowing a greater-than-usual amount to be charged to a credit card, which I appreciated. He was the first to fully explain, and clearly, why dealers do not allow entire cars to be charged to a good credit card. I appreciated his explanation. Dean Johnson clearly explained, with visual aids, the features of warranty extensions and coatings. After analysis, we elected not to select these. On the agreed delivery date, the car was ready at the scheduled time, and John gave my wife, the primary driver, a good briefing on systems and operation. This was helpful, as the last time we bought cars was more than 10 years ago, and the state of the art, and the complexity of system feature sets, has advanced considerably over that period. In sum: a very satisfactory experience. After about 1000 miles, the car has continued to perform well. More
