I asked ALOT of questions and never felt like they were impatient in answering them. They also went above and beyond to provide information about my questions, not just a short answer with the intention of moving on to sell a car. All of the people I worked with were knowledgable about the car and the process of buying it. When all of the paperwork was done I was not just handed the keys to drive off. Our sales person sat in the car with me and helped me personalize and set up all of the technology features in the car. Since the purchase of my new car I have had several follow up calls to ensure I am happy with my purchase and to make sure I did not need any support with any of the great technology that the car comes with! We had a lot more car shopping to do, but Dennis followed up with us on the phone a couple times over the next couple months. A few more trips to Courtesy, including one that involved us bringing luggage into the showroom and one that resulted in taking a car home to test our garage, and we decided to buy. Jim O'Connell stepped in when Dennis was occupied and also did a great job. He even helped entertain the kids while the papers were being signed. At signing, Will was very professional and helped us get great financing terms. Even after the deal was done, Dennis made sure we were happy and worked in a few extras.
