Dennis was highly knowledgable about the Acura products and really worked with me on getting the trade in value I needed for my previous car and worked well with me on the accessories I needed to meet all my needs. Dennis is very down to earth and was the type of salesman I wanted. I liked working with this dealership and felt like my experience was the best I had ever had in buying a new car. I liked the experience so well in buying the car that this is the only place I will go to get my new car serviced since I was treated so well from beginning to end!! Will in Finance got us in and out in no time at all, making sure all our questions were asked, but none of the high pressure stuff you expect in F&I. Leo was very helpful in making sure we understood all the great new features and how to use them and we even have a Service Manager with Matt and know all of the team if we need anything. Best new car buying experience EVER! My husband and I were interested in looking at the new MDX as we had previously had one we loved. However, we made a poor choice a few years ago when My husband and I were interested in looking at the new MDX as we had previously had one we loved. However, we made a poor choice a few years ago when we traded it for a lesser SUV (Lexus RX350). We did not expect to leave driving an Acura MDX when we left but I'm happy to say, that is exactly what we did. First, we were greeted by Concierge Delivery Expert Lou Taylor who was very pleasant and encouraged us to spend as much time as we needed looking at the MDX. He reviewed some of the tech package options with us. When we had further interest, he introduced us to Senior Sales Representative Dennis Craig. When I meet a salesperson, I'm always a little stand-offish so as to not get caught up in the sales pitch. He was very gracious and friendly. He didn't push for anything and most importantly, he didn't waste our time. We test drove the MDX, Dennis updated us on the latest features since we had our 2010 MDX and asked if we'd like to further discuss numbers. We didn't feel hopeful as we had only had the lesser SUV for less than two years. Dennis pleasantly surprised us with a deal we couldn't refuse. To boot, our payment was even lowered and I was back in the car of my dreams. This was the fastest I've ever worked through a deal as Dennis was straightforward, didn't play games and got us through the process quickly, which as a 7 month pregnant lady, I appreciated! Once we got to finance with Will Douglas, he was very understanding of my need to finalize and go home. He was very accommodating and helpful as well.
