Who knew getting a new car would be so much fun?! The staff at Courtesy Acura was by far the nicest group of people I've ever worked with when looking for a new vehicle. I was in the early stages of test driving options because I still had 3 months left on my lease. I assumed I had to wait until the end of the lease to switch to another car, but Dennis Craig was masterful at working out a deal that not only bought out my remaining contract, but put me in a nicer SUV with a lower payment!!! I'm still shocked at how I ended up with a better car for less money. In addition, the day I came in to finish my paperwork I was tight on time. Will Douglas was great at stepping me through the financials efficiently and thoroughly, being conscious of my time constraint. The maintenance service packages they offer are impressive too, and being a single lady, I appreciate the convenience of having all that folded into my monthly payment so all I have to do is drop my car off for service and pick up a loaner. No more depending on someone else to give me rides when I have maintenance. I love that! Overall, Courtesy Acura was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I will definitely return for my next car too! More

After a very frustrating experience at an Audi dealership, we thought to stop by Courtesy Acura since we always have been fans of the TL. When we entered the building we received a very warm greeting and were introduced to Charell. They happened to have one 2014 TL SH-AWD drive left and we test drove it. All this while, the entire sales team were very friendly to our two highly energetic kids. Charell was very patient throughout the whole process and offered them many drinks and snacks. Needless to say we were so impressed that we purchased the TL, even though we didn't set out that day to make one. They immediately gave us the lower offer they could do. Believe me I tried to negotiate. Everyone at every step was very friendly and explained things well. More
