For one – they had the best car at the best price – but a phenomenal staff was a close 2nd. Jeremiah in finance was easy to work with and got us a killer interest rate. Without even asking…. Leo the tech guy spent time syncing my phone and making sure I was comfortable with all the electronics. I love the car and am not planning on any other purchases soon – but I would never shop anyplace else. More

If Kerry wasn't immediately available he asked Todd to help me. I bought a new RDX. Lou took over an hour to explain all of it's features to me and even offered to come to my home and set up the garage door link. Dean in finance was helpful and also not pushy. I would never have believed that buying a car could be an enjoyable expe I just purchased a 2010 Acura TSX 2.4 Technology Package from Courtesy Acura. I would never have believed that buying a car could be an enjoyable experience before I met Dennis and the wonderful staff at Courtesy. At no point during the process did I feel like I was being led toward something I didn't want. Dennis was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and, actually asked me what I wanted to know about the vehicle instead of trying to "sell" me on a bunch of features that may not have mattered to me. He was also able to explain each of the VERY MINOR blemishes on the car. He was a rock star. When it came time to talk numbers, Will actually asked me what add-ons I was interested in and made reasonable suggestions. I felt in control of the transaction from start to finish AND they worked to meet my terms instead of trying to force me to meet theirs. I wish every one of my car buying experiences had been like this. I got a great car, at a great price and, can confidently say I was not sold an inflated bill of goods.
