We moved from Florida and I wanted to keep having my 2006 Acura MDX serviced at an Acura Dealership. I have had the same service advisor, Michelle. the whole time. She is amazing. Such great service. I would not take my car anywhere else to be serviced. So when we started looking at cars a few months ago, we made the final decision to get a 2014 Acura MDX because of the great service in the service department. When we started looking at our options with MDXs Floyd Pratt contacted us. He is amazing. He gave us all of our options. CPO, 2014, and 2015 MDX. We definitely made him work. It took us a few days to decide on a CPO 2014 MDX. At the last minute we decided to purchase a brand new 2014 MDX. Floyd took all of it in stride and worked with us to make sure we were happy with our choice. All of the other team members at Courtesy are fantastic to. This is the friendliest car dealership I have ever been to. From the service department to sales. I would recommend Floyd to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle. More

The entire transaction was perfectly transparent and respectful from sales to financing to working with Leo (who spent 45 minutes at least going over everything in the vehicle). The experience I had was fresh and not what I was used to, Sean did everything to make the transaction fair and enjoyable (not typical of past experiences I have had). The RDX is a wonderful vehicle, and I would recommend the car, the dealership and everyone I worked with. More

I wanted to upgrade from my 2012 Subaru Outback, and was interested in the MDX, so I used True Car to get a quote from Courtesy. We were contacted by Sean Wardrope by e-mail and phone, and we decided to go in to meet him and take a test drive. I was preparing myself for the typical car purchasing experience: circling sales vultures pouncing on you as soon as you exit your car, hours of back and forth negotiating, and finally being beaten down into a purchase. I have to say our experience with Courtesy, and with Sean, was far different. Sean was great (and actually fun!) to work with the entire time we were there. He wasn't pushy, and he worked with us on our trade-in value and car price. We didn't make a purchase that first day, but went back a few days later to pick up our MDX, with the added features we wanted. We were also very happy with Will Douglas (aka Mr Dingles), who explained financing, extended warranties, etc, with us. He was completely professional, and never pushy, and he maintained a great sense of humor throughout our meeting. All in all, we are very happy with our new MDX and with the professionalism we've experienced with everyone at Courtesy. One last note: Sean, knowing that we like wine, slipped out during our meeting with Will to purchase a wine package for us. Necessary? No, but a touch that we greatly appreciated. Thank you, Sean! In and Out I like this dealership. We were searching for an Acura and we saw they had the lowest prices in the area. We decided to take a trip down one Saturday I like this dealership. We were searching for an Acura and we saw they had the lowest prices in the area. We decided to take a trip down one Saturday afternoon just to look at some SUVs. Our sales associate, Kerry, was very knowledgable about the different features in the various cars. We test drove two cars (MDX and RDX). We liked the MDX, and Kerry gave us some prices. There was none of that I have to go ask my manager crap during the neogiation. The price was very fair (lower than the Truecar average price paid). Will helped us with the finance. He was willing to match an Acura Care quote. He wasnt pushy and he was willing to work with us to come up with some fair prices. The only thing I dont like is that you have to use the warranty at this dealership, if you live within 50 miles. We live about 40 minutes away, and there are closer dealerships, so it is kind of a pain to go down to this dealership. Hopefully, we wont have to use our warranty much. The entire process took about 3 hours including the browsing, test drives, neogiation, and financing, and I did it all with my 15 month old. Our truck needed to be detailed and tint applied to the windows. We brought our car on Saturday evening, and they said it would be ready by Monday evening. The car was not ready until Wednesday, but Kerry did a great job keeping in touch. Kerry also arranged to put nitrogen in my Honda Accord tires for free! The one thing that I am a little disappointed with is the condition of car. Our car was brought preowned, and they are supposed to do a thorough inspection. However, one of the windows squeeks when rolling up and down. We didnt know this until a few days after we got the car. We couldn't test out the windows, because they had recently applied the tint. Not a big deal, but we dont live close to this dealership, so hard to find time to take it in for service. More
