Fantastic buying experience of an excellent product I walked into Courtesy Acura a couple of weeks ago and was greeted by Jim O'Connell who was very friendly and asked a few questions as to what I might I walked into Courtesy Acura a couple of weeks ago and was greeted by Jim O'Connell who was very friendly and asked a few questions as to what I might be looking for in a car. We looked at several Certified pre-owned RDX's that were on the lot explained the features and the different options available. He was never pressuring and although I left that day without purchasing I came back the next week because I was sure that Courtesy had the selection I wanted and that their sales approach would fit for me. A week later Jim was tied up so he referred me to his partner, Rick Armijo. Again, Rick was very courteous, patient and helpful. I came back about 3 hours later and purchased a 2015 CPO RDX, and could not be happier. Everyone from the initial sales encounter to the very warm reception from General Manager John Osborne to Business Manager Will Douglas were top-notch and provided a much better purchasing experience than I had imagined. My wife, who joined my purchase experience at the end, kept commenting on how nice and how great the whole team was. Thank you very much, Guys! More

Fantastic and SPEEDY car buying experience! I was able to secure a deal online with the sales consultant, Rick Armijo. Pleasurable Buyng Experience I'm new to Colorado. Moved from Dublin, OH at the end of November. My front-wheel drive Acura TL could not handle the steep snow-covered roads in Evergreen. So, on Dec 31, 2014, I purchased a 2015 Acura MDX AWD TECH. Jim O'Connell met me in the parking lot on my way into the dealership. From that point, the buying process was a pleasurable experience. I met several of the other sales people and the manager during the discussion of my needs. After the purchase, I spent at least an hour with Leo Falcam. He explained the various operations of my new MDX. I found this to be VERY helpful. I also appreciate that he is available to answer any of my question about the car.. I have owned an Acura since 1987. This was definitely one of the better buying experiences! More

From the time I was greeted at the door by the General Manager (Jon Osbourne) to the introduction of my New Car Sales Professional, (Sean Wardrope) through the trade in evaluation, (Owen Wright) purchase options, accessory selection, finance (Andy Benavides) and new car delivery process and feature set up (Thanks Lou Taylor), I was very impressed! It was not your typical stressful and pressured car buying experience and I will definitely recommend Courtesy Acura and Sean Wardrope to my family and friends. I also purchased the service agreement and will use thier service department even though I do not live close to the dealership. I really felt that Sean Wardrope and the rest of the Courtesy Team focused on my needs today and into the future. Sean really made it a personal experience instead of a back and forth buying/negotiating experience.
