My service manager, Stuart Hall, even took the time to figure out which would be the better deal - prorated warranty versus a service coupon - just one of the many service coupons the dealership emails frequently. Best Car Buying Experience! I've been looking for a very specific used car for months! I've worked with other dealers and even a car broker but this morning, I found it! I called Courtesy Acura and had Don Behrens call me back within 30 mins to confirm the interior color of the car. I arranged to test drive the Lexus at 12:00 pm and my husband and I got there about 12:30 pm. Don had the car ready to drive and within an hour of talking and looking over the car, we decided and Don had us ready for financing within another 30 mins or so, and Will Douglas had us out the door by 2:40 pm, and with great financing terms that my own bank couldn't beat! I've never been in and out of a dealership AND BOUGHT A CAR in under 3 hours!! Talk about easy! We recently bought a new home and Leo came out right away to program our garage door openers into our vehicles. They couldn't make it any easier for the customer. Awesome service. After having a negative experience, (my previous RDX AN Prior to visiting Courtesy Acura, I was a loyal Acura customer with another Denver dealership. After having a negative experience, (my previous RDX AND MDX were from them), I reached out to Courtesy and connected with John Weidenaar. This turned out to be an excellent decision! John was responsive, friendly and super professional. He had all of my paperwork ready to go when I arrived and was a total pleasure to work with. The dealership offers a lot of benefits I wasn't receiving with my previous dealership - plus, everyone was laid back, kind and enjoyable to be around. Another excellent benefit is their concierge service - Leo met with me after I signed my paperwork and walked me through my RDX's bells and whistles. He was very thorough and has made himself available for a home/work visit if necessary. There were no hassles...great follow up and just an overall positive experience. Having owned and leased cars for 20 years, I really appreciate this kind of service and would recommend them with five++ stars. More

Living up to their name We came in and were greeted by Rick Armijo. Rick was friendly, patient and understanding of our needs, and respectful with regards to our time restra We came in and were greeted by Rick Armijo. Rick was friendly, patient and understanding of our needs, and respectful with regards to our time restraints. We stopped in a couple times and conversed over the phone but determined that Rick was honest and straight forward with us and providing us with a fair deal where we also agreed upon our financing terms. Rick was great to work with. Once making our decision we were passed on to Business Manager, Andrew Benavides. This is were they upsell their services. We went for it. We got the extended warranty, maintenance plan and the clear bra/exterior/interior protection. Andy was pleasant to work with during this transaction. We had the clear bra/exterior/interior protection applied but observed that the interior was still dirty so we called and they were more than happy to correct the problem. After going to pick up the vehicle the second time, it was still dirty and a substandard job so I requested the job to be done again since we were paying about $800 for the service. They agreed. Upon my return the third time, I waved to Andrew across the room who snubbed me. Not cool, it wasn't my fault their employees couldn't do the job right the first time. I hope it will improve. With this one exception, we had an overall pleasant experience and would still recommend Courtesy Acura. We highly recommend Rick Armijo as he is great to work with. More
