Each time he was very helpful, friendly & respectful. Todd was very accomodating to our schedules. He offered to come in early and fortunately he was willing/able to stay late because that's when we were able to be at the dealership. All of the people we met at Courtesy Acura were very professional and courteous. Lastly, they were very dog friendly; an important factor for our family. Thank you. More

I was referred to Jim Kurtz through the Costco Auto program. I was in contact with him via email for about two weeks before we purchased, and I had about a million questions in this time! He answered every one immediately and was always very friendly and helpful. When we finally went in to buy, the experience was simple and very painless. Everyone we met that day; Jim, the business manager Jeremiah, and the personal concierge Lou (who sat with us and explained everything in the car and got us set up) embodied Courtesy Acura's commitment to the customer. New Car Purchase My husband and I came into Courtesy Acura on May 2, 2015, to look at a used Acura RDX. We were met by Todd Connell. He went to work right away to find My husband and I came into Courtesy Acura on May 2, 2015, to look at a used Acura RDX. We were met by Todd Connell. He went to work right away to find the vehicle we were looking for. The RDX was out on loan to another person that was getting service done at the dealership. He brought out another RDX and we took a test drive. He told us the price and then showed us the price for a brand new Acura RDX. Todd showed us the pricing on KBB and Edmunds. Everything was straight forward no games to be played. I traded in my car and I left very happy. The whole staff was great to work with. It was actually a pleasant experience. Walked out with a brand new 2015 RDX with a smile on my face in a very short period of time. Was helped with my purchase by a great salesman Kerry Walton. This is my 3rd Acura, and first time purchasing one from Courtesy. Have never had such an easy and smooth purchase. Love how they have someone sit in your newly purchased car and go over all the features with you. Thanks Leo. He also gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him, and that he would be more than happy to come to my house and help set up my garage door opener if I couldn't. Or for any other help with the car. Now that's service! Will definitely be purchasing again from Courtesy Acura in the future, and will be looking up my favorite salesman Kerry Walton! More

After he se My quest to purchase a new RDX didn't start off very well. The initial salesman I responded with via email was not very easy to work with. After he sent me a price quote on a new RDX I offered a counter offer. Instead of responding to my counter he re3sent a previous email as if I couldn't understand what he previously submitted. I thought that was rude and felt he should have answered me on my counter offer. My experience improved when dealing with Tom Morton who provided me with several price quotes on Rdx"s, withy and without the technology package. I made an appointment to test drive one and Tom put me with Charell Robinson. I bought my new RDX from him. Charell was excellent to work with and I recommend him to future buyers. Courtesy Acura has a concierge who is supposed to explain all features of your new vehicle. The concierge probably understood my new car's features but when he let out a big yawn every few minutes, it distracted from his explanations. After I got home and started reading up on the car's operation and features I realized I had a lot left to learn and did so on my own. More

I trust Courtsey Acura and will continue to exclusively use them for my service needs. I'm sure I'll buy my next car there as well, but with Acura's lasting forever it may be a while. More
