The last time I purchased a pre-owned car I went to a high profile “let’s make a deal” used car dealer who told me this is the car you want and this is the financing you get, so I wasn't looking forward to the experience. But, Charell helped me find the car that I wanted at a price I could afford and best of all no pressure. They had just as many financing options as the other guys, but they worked with me on the loan terms with very little stress. In just a few hours I was on the road again. I came in for an oil change, told Paige something else about my Acura that didn't feel right, she suggested rotating the tires, I had them do it and she was right! Simple problem solved, Thanks Paige! When they finished the service work, they washed my car! When my son and I got into the car when they were finished, they put 2 water bottles and two mints on my console! In my opinion, the was the biggest small gesture that was so nice. No other dealership I've been to has or will match up to the Respect and Kindness that Courtesy Acura in Littleton, showed towards me. At the other dealerships, I'd be lucky to get a handshake!
