Excellent service for the first maintenance of my 2015 RDX I had my 2015 Acura RDX get its first maintenance service (A & B) in later April nine months after I purchased it from this dealer - Courtesy Acura. The service consultant Paige Dickens was polite and was patent with my questions of the maintenance service. She made detailed explanations to me before and after the service. Although I did not make an appointment, the maintenance was done for less than one hour which really surprised me. Thank Paige and the technician who worked on my RDX! More

It came a time to change I stated I was going to look at a used MDX and she suggested I look at a 2015 RDX as it was smaller and would fit better in my garage (went from a 3 gar to a 2 car!) Also she stated they have done some neat improvements on them and thought I would like it. I had not thought of going to an RDX but over the years I have learned to listen to her. SO. . .I just bought a 2015 RDX at Courtesy Acura and am so happy I listened to her. My daughter bought a 2015 MDX (3rd row seat) and both of us will go to Courtesy and trust our cars to Michelle. I'm 73 years old, dealt with lots of dealers over time and I think Courtesy Acura and especially Michelle are by far my best experiences. When I bought new there was no question of where I was going! He explained everything that needed to be done, and explained what they didn't do, but what may need to be done soon (brakes, etc). He was very clear about how long the service would take and then was able to have it done sooner. I really appreciate how straightforward he was. Much better than other dealers such as Rickenbaugh. Excellent experience with out-of-state internet purchase I purchased a very low mileage Certified Pre-Owned 2014 TSX online from Courtesy in April 2015 after my 2012 TSX was totaled in a chain reaction accid I purchased a very low mileage Certified Pre-Owned 2014 TSX online from Courtesy in April 2015 after my 2012 TSX was totaled in a chain reaction accident. I wanted a manual transmission TSX, which is very hard to find, but Courtesy had one. As a resident of California, the interstate purchase process is a bit more complex, but Sean Wardrope was tremendous, and worked very hard to complete the deal. The communication throughout has been outstanding. The price was fair; it was on the higher end of the Kelly Blue Book range, but given the low miles and condition of the car it was reasonable and justified. I couldn't be more happy with the experience. More
