When he saw that I made an appointment on line late last night, he reserved a car for me when I dropped off the car. He also asked his team to make my bumper look better as I was waiting for my car to be fixed due to an accident. I didn't ask him to do this and he did when I was in for a scheduled maintenance appointment. He and his team have gone over and beyond. More

After working with Paige (a relatively new addition to the team I think) twice now, I felt compelled to take the time to make note of a few observations to share with fellow consumers. The service Paige provided and the thoughtful and professional manner in which she provided it only further demonstrated that Courtesy Acura is continuing to hire and develop an All-Star team. My late father owned my Acura originally and felt the same way about the service he experienced with Courtesy Acura for years. And, here's the most important factor to me: Trust. I trust that this Courtesy Acura team is being honest with me about what my car needs, how to keep my family safe, and how to keep my car running well. I have never gotten the sense that they are 'making up' or pushing maintenance or repairs to meet a service quota. Despite the drive across town for me, I continue to go back to these folks because I trust them. If/when I buy a new car, I will definitely lean towards an Acura in no small part because the Service department at Courtesy Acura. Whatever you all are doing over there, keep it up - it's working! Two visits. !st for a routine servicing and 2nd as a follow My 1st visit with Justin Hilton on April 8th was an accelerated servicing done quickly and thoroughly and identified further work required. Justin fully explained the potential problems which also required an interim step on my part . I was completely satisfied with his prompt attention to my requests and did the interim steps . The follow up for a wheel alignment was made with Connor Thomas and completed on July 16th. Connor was courteous and prompt in checking me in and having the work completed in a shorter period of time than was originally anticipated. Both of these Service Representatives demonstrated the excellence in service and customer relations that I have experienced over the several years that Courtesy has satisfied the requirements for proper ma intenance of my vehicle.
