Each time we've come away from our experience feeling we were treated fairly, with kindness, concern and respect. Our service advisor for these past four years, "Sandy", is like a member of the family. He always patiently and thoroughly explains all of the service requirements and costs. We were recently on the cusp of leaving town on a long road trip when our 100,000 mile major service came due. Knowing our tight schedule, Sandy pushed us through the service process at an accelerated rate and provided a loaner vehicle as well. Bottom line, for the past 4 years Courtesy Acura's Service department has lived up to the dealership's name -- and more -- delivering value, technical expertise and professionalism. My salesman, Rick Armijo was helpful and knowledgeable and available when I walked in without calling. He helped me decide on the car and attendant packages and options that suited my needs rather than those that might have benefited the dealership. These cars are complicated and Courtesy provides a technical support person (Leo Falcam) to go over the essential functions of the car and its systems. Leo spent more than 2 hours with me going over the car's features to make sure I understood the systems. His approach was logical and suitable to my level of experience with the various systems. I really appreciated that we took the car on a drive so he could demonstrate the functions that can only be appreciated while driving. Additionally, his services are available to me for as long as I own the car. More

I went in for an oil change that came with a car wash and vacuum. Unfortunately, they forgot to vacuum. I did go back later on the same day for the service, and they still didn’t clean it very well. I was a little disappointed about that. Luckily Paige’s friendliness had made up for it. Hopefully they will do a better job next time. More

Having researched inventory online, we were called by Jim Kurtz , made an appointment to review several cars, spent a few hours with him and drove one home! I was pleasantly surprised to find out about the concierge service, especially since we live 50 miles away. Leo Falcam came to our house a few days later to teach me how to program and use all the new gadgets. Jim and Leo were extremely helpful and a delight to work with !
