Purchasing the car was very quick and efficient with Jeremiah Watson, Jimmy O'Connell did a nice job of explaining the differences in the packages offered on the vehicle. Leo Falcam was exceptionally good explaining the car in great detail so that I was able to understand what each function does (and there are a lot) and how to operate the car. He was more than willing to meet additional times as there is a lot to learn and even came out to our home to program the garage door openers and my phone. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing an Acura! More

Wonderful Buying Experience I recently purchased a new 2015 Acura RDX. This was an amazing experience. I have a neck and back injury, so finding a vehicle to drive that did hur I recently purchased a new 2015 Acura RDX. This was an amazing experience. I have a neck and back injury, so finding a vehicle to drive that did hurt me is extremely difficult. Kerry Watson was wonderful. He explained the features of the car. Helped me turn the head rest around, so it wasn't hurting my neck, and we were off on a test drive. When we were done I was sold. Kerry explained different options to help get the payments where I needed them. Never once did I feel like I was haggling, or just another customer. Kerry cares about you as a person, and wants to make the experience as smooth and easy as possible. Jeremiah Watson was my finance manager. He also was very easy to work with. We were able to get all of the paperwork finalized in 60 minutes. Unheard of. I was ready for the usual 4 hour process. Nope 60 minutes, I had a new car! Lou Taylor was my "Tech Friendly." He is incredibly knowledgeable, and walked me through all of the features and gadgets of the car. My husband calls a space car. All three were available over the phone when I have a few more questions to ask later. I had some extras added to the car, they provided a loaner while the work was being done. I got stuck at work in meetings, and did not know how I was going to get back to the dealer in time to pick up my car before they closed, and Kerry drove my car out to me, and took the loaner back. Something that is unheard of these days. Courtesy cares about its customers, and it shows the moment you walk in the door, you leave, and then a follow up contact within 48 hours to make sure everything is good, and no questions. I will definitely recommend friends, family and friends I haven't met yet to Courtesy!!! More

Kerry Walton, our sales consultant, was outstanding! As new Acura customers, he took the time to explain to us all of the ins and outs of the brand. He also educated us in their lease program; something we've also never done. He was very patient and kind with all of our many questions, and we never felt like we were rushed or pushed into anything, which is a BIG plus, in our book! Tom Reddick, the general sales manager, was also wonderful! He, too, took time to explain things to us, and was very helpful in answering questions. He even went looking for (and found!) my checkbook that had fallen out of my purse on a test drive! We truly had a great experience, and we would for sure come back to Courtesy Acura. More
