There was no hustling, no run arounds, and no pressure sales. Owen provided me with an accetable and reasonable offer on my trade in which I was happy about and it was very close to what KBB and NADA suggested (unlike a few other unnamed greedy dealerships). Brock from financing was able to meet and beat all my expectations for a loan and offer me an unbelievable interest rate (my credit is not great but not too bad either), and it was much lower than what I researched and was expecting. The overall experience at Courtesy Acura was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had (and I would know, because I like to switch cars a lot). The entire process was short (about 2.5 hours from the moment I walked in till I drove out), very easy, and without any hassle. I believe that I got a great deal on exactly what I wanted. I feel like a superbly satisfied customer, and will definitely recommend Courtesy Acura to everyone. I was recently driving home from the mountains and discovered that one of my headlights needed to be replaced. I called the dealership and they said to come by and they would take care of it ASAP. Stuart and Justin were fantastic. I appreciated the friendly smiles, quick service and Justin's offer to hand wash my car so I didn't need to take my skis off the rack.
