Kitty Baum contacted me and walked me through a number of their available options to me within my range of preferences. She was very patient and thorough on all my follow up questions. I was between two cars (one an Acura and one was not) and she actually walked through the difference between the two cars to figure out what I wanted/needed. I didn't feel any pressure to buy as she really did want me to get a car that was best for me, even if it wasn't an Acura. While I do wish we could have negotiated on price a bit more (who doesn't want a good deal?) they did offer competitive pricing and I did feel that I paid a fair price for the car.
