I was looking for a specific make and model of used vehicle. Courtesy Acura had one that met all my criteria. I live an hour away, and on my first visit I didn't make it to the showroom until a bit after they had closed, but Tom Morton graciously stuck around after hours and showed me the vehicle. He explained the extra work they had done for the vehicle, and they still had to finish one more item the following day. Even though it was a long drive, my initial experience was so comforting that I had no qualms driving back the following day. Kitty Baum helped me with a great test drive, and was very knowledgeable about the features and specifications of the vehicle even though it was not an Acura vehicle. They had an excellent no-haggle price and I was ready to buy. The ownership paperwork was painless. When it came time to sign the financial paperwork, Jeremiah Watson was also really helpful and mentioned the extended warranty but did not try to sell it hard, which I appreciated greatly. Overall, my impressions of Courtesy Acura are top-notch. I feel like all their employees really care about their jobs and about making happy customers - they are all friendly and professional. What a refreshing experience... I would highly recommend them. More
