Thanks Dennis Craig, for making the trade-in a painless process and keeping us updated on the status of our car. I did plenty of research before we came in to make a deal, and everything was spot on as far as price and trade-in. Our car was detailed and ready to go when we came to pick it up. Dennis took the time to ensure all the paperwork was in order before we got there. We really appreciated the no pressure sales approach and effort to make the sale as simple as possible. Jim in finance did a fantastic job explaining everything, getting us a great rate on our loan, better than the one we had. We were prepared for the discussions we would have during this part of the transaction and Jim explained everything and had prices that were in-line with what I found on Acura forums and other sites. There was never any pressure to get anything. Jim had a great background in the automotive industry which made for some great in-depth conversations. Lou did a great job explaining all the features on the RDX. He really knows his products and could answer any technical question we had. Really appreciate the invite to call him anytime with further questions or come back in and have another session with him if we had more questions. Followup by Dennis and the dealership after the sale has been fantastic. Not intrusive or overbearing, just a quick check to make sure things are going OK. Certainly would recommend Courtesy Acura as THE Acura dealership in the Denver/Boulder area to go to. We visited the other dealerships and hands down, Courtesy Acura is the best in customer service, inventory and showroom. More

While it is true that driving should be a pleasurable experience, I look at it much more from a safety standpoint. The '16 RDX is equipped with several new safety features, and when I drive my child around to and fro, I want to know we are safe. Several months back, I was in for my regularly scheduled service for my older RDX. I had some time to kill, so I walked over to the sales floor to have a gander at the new models. Dennis Craig gave me a rundown of the new features and I took it for a drive. The RDX is a great looking car - not too big, not too small, and Acura is a very reliable manufacturer. Dennis kept in touch with me, and in time, the exact car I wanted became available. Dennis never forgot me, kept in close communication, found what I was looking for, and he and John helped make the deal happen. The automobile negotiation process is actually something I enjoy, when I am treated with respect and courteousness. I feel valued, respected, heard, and appreciated when I am dealing with the fine people (Dennis Craig, John Osborne, Jeremiah, Leo, Brock) at Courtesy Acura. I really have had wonderful experiences at this dealership throughout the past 5 years, in every department - sales, service, & financing - and for these reasons I am a repeat customer to Courtesy Acura. Meanwhile, Leo patiently answered all my questions on how to use certain technology on the vehicle that I hadn't learned previously. Some of it I had, but who can remember all that new stuff at once! He even taught me some things I didn't even know to ask about. I really appreciate his initiative to make me aware of something I'd never have known to question. The icing on the cake was that when my car was ready, there was still a few bugs stuck in the grill and without hesitation Leo said "I'll go wash it again for you!" Wow!
