Justin fully explained the potential problems which also required an interim step on my part . I was completely satisfied with his prompt attention to my requests and did the interim steps . The follow up for a wheel alignment was made with Connor Thomas and completed on July 16th. Connor was courteous and prompt in checking me in and having the work completed in a shorter period of time than was originally anticipated. Not the best for a Prospective Customer I had recently test driven a 2016 RDX and was interested in owning one. With that in mind I started researching online and was able to find a ton of information on inside pricing, and wanted to propose a fair offer price beneficial for both parties and requested an online quote. The lady who responded was very rude and misrepresented a lot of facts. In fact just because you have so much experience working with dealerships doesn't mean people who don't work in dealerships don't have information or know how they work. I guess many sales persons in dealerships think that consumers don't have enough information which is incorrect. If it was back in the 2000's then that might be true and consumers blindly have to go with what the dealerships offer. Not anymore. In fact I did reach out to different member of the team to see since I did not have a good experience with the first person but unfortunately he did want to take over since I was already in talks with. the first person. Does your dealership even want to work towards selling a car to prospective customer or just lose their business and have cars sitting in your inventory?? More
