I originally started at another dealership and just didn't feel I was really being taken care of. Called Courtesy and Tom (Sales Manager) answered the phone. I was hooked and on my way! Tom greeted me and assigned me to Dan Stranja (Sales Rep.) I had my mind made up and they made it happen! My car wasn't going to be in the dealership for a couple of weeks, but these guys put me in a loaner vehicle...by "loaner vehicle" I mean the exact car I was buying, just a different color. When I came to get my vehicle, the transition was so smooth. Jeremiah (Finance) made the finance portion very easy, and was thorough in explaining everything. Lou (Tech expert) took the time to go through everything in my car with me, and synced my phone for me! John Osborne (GM) came over to shake my hand and thank me for my business. Everytime I walked into this place I was greeted with a smile and an offer of something to drink. I recommend this dealership whole heartedly and will be doing business with them again. (At many dealerships they would speak to my husband about the car as if I wasn't there) From the beginning when we returned to the dealership he always remembered my name and gave us excellent service and made us feel important even when we just stopped by when taking our car in for service. We have always taken our cars to Courtesy for servicing as we know they will take care of our cars and do not sell us more than what we need. The no haggle pricing made it easy to know what cars we should entertain looking at. Once we found one we loved, Don made the rest simple, painless and actually fun and exciting to buy the car. The financing Rep, Jeremiah was also a "real" person. He explained everything clearly and was easy to work with. The entire process was pretty quick and easy. The best thing about the experience (besides the car we love) was the genuine nature of our salesman. We always expect the high pressure, fake sales guy, ready to haggle and pressure and keep you there for hours on end. Nope, we got a real person with none of the unwanted tactics!
